Can I Get A Phone Which Is Hig Quality Good Battery Fast Processor Enough Ram And Good Android

Is it bad to factory reset your Android Phone?

Hi
im having some issues with my Android phone. it is the LG Ally.
its just been going very slow and none of my apps are working. i cant log on to facebook or get on to the market without it saying "network connection error"
its really irritating me.
i was wondering how i can fix this. is it bad to completely root or reset my phone? will it make it go faster? or slower? will it ruin my phone if i factory reset it? i heard that if you do there is a risk of "bricking" the phone or something..... like making it unusable.... is that possible
im scared to reset it cause i don't want to mess it up even more than it is
it used to work fine.....

also, what is overclocking??

How can I speed up my (Android) Phone?

I have a Sprint Samsung Intercept Android 2.2 phone. I know I don't have the best smart phone around so I can't make it go super fast, but lately it has been acting sluggish. I don't really download a ton of apps so my phones memory is ok. My phone has its own Task Manager (non-app) to end running applications and I use it. But just lately it hasn't been responding like it used to like when I switch vertical view to texting horizontal it takes like a couple of seconds to load my homescreen and apps. Anything I can do to speed it up cuz it never always did this. Thanks.

Are iPhones overrated?

Personally, I think they are. I've seen (and used) smartphones that are just as good, if not better, than the iPhone 5s, that still cost less than it. One of the main reasons iPhones cost a lot is not because they're so amazing but because Apple is well-know and generally associated with quality. They also look better than other phones, but that's not really something you should be paying loads for, especially because you can't swap the battery quickly because of the way iPhones are built.
They might have been the best smartphones on the market 2 or 3 years ago, but now there are plenty of phones that are just as good and cheaper.
What do you think?
