Buyer wants a refund on ebay?
Sold a saxophone on ebay. I made it clear that it was used with dings and scratches. I also said that it was playable and all of this was correct. I played the horn for two years in high school. After I graduated, the horn went to the shot and hadn't been touched since except to take pictures of it. It soud on ebay for $275 which is a really good deal. I charged 15 bucks for shipping and paid the other half for shipping to the buyer. The guy gets the horn and the same day messages me back and says that the horn was not as described and claimed that it wasn't playable, had sticky keys, and a loose wire, which is all false. I'm not the type of person to knowingly sell garbage online. I made sure the horn was in good enough condition. I think the guy was expecting to get a brand new horn for nothing which pisses me off like no other. I refused him a refund but I did some reading on the ebay forum and it said that if a buyer files a claim, paypal can draft the money from your account against your will. I hope that's wrong. After this whole ordeal, I'm done with ebay. It's too stressful. If I delete my ebay account and paypal account, they won't be able to touch me bank account right? They shouldn't have a right to. Help. The buyer is clearly a liar and I don't want ebay to take his side. He already threathened to file agaist me.
How do i get a refund from regis hair salon?
i went in for a touch-up on my hair at regis hair salon this past saturday. the stylist did a horrible job on my hair.. i have three different colors on my hair.. she chopped off the side of hair... i have a big white spot on my forehead due to the bleach, my scalp hurts, and my bangs are uneven. i called and spoke to manager and he said that he cannot refund my money and that he needs to have a look at it ... he offered to fix my hair but i do not want them to touch my hair... i have set an appointment with another salon so that they can fix my hair... i feel that it is not my fault and that i should not pay for another salon to fix their mistake ... is there anything i can do?
How can I get a refund to a different debit card?
I purchased a laptop online at HP not long ago, and I used my father's debit card. I have since payed him back, but the laptop needs to be returned via a manufacturing fault. I am sick of this laptop since it is the second time I will have to return it, so I am just going to request a refund. Here's where my problem begins. The $1300 is my money, and should be returned to me. I have my own debit card, and my father and I share the same name. (I have the same name as him, i.e. I'm the 2nd.) I don't want the refund to be processed to my father's debit account because he is a drug addict and will spend it all on drugs instead of giving it to me. Is there any way I can get the refund processed to my debit account? Thanks

Nope, they're right. It's not their fault. Plenty of people don't use their gym memberships, and aren't entitled to their money back. A gym membership only buys you the right to go if you want to - you're not paying for the use of the facilities, you're paying for the ENTRY to the facilities. Your failure to cancel it means that don't have to refund any money at all; the fact that you didn't use it doesn't mean anything. Sorry.
