Can I Get A Six Pack In Month By Jumping Rope

Can i make a 6 pack in 5 month.?

No you're not. You can't just be like all the other lazy people there are that think they are going to get nice abs by doing 200 crunches a day. First of all you have to get your body fat percentage low enough so you can see your abs. If you dont already have a low enough body fat percentage than lift weights, eat healthy, drink plenty of water, run, bike, swim, jump rope, any good exercises to lose weight. You cant get nice abs by doing 200 crunches a day. You shouldnt work your abs everyday. A lot of people think the abs are some sort of special muscle where they dont need time to recover. Well they do. You should only do abs probably 2 or 3 times a weak for about 30 - 45minutes. Nice abs take hardwork. When you do ab exercises do them slowly and add some resistance. You can hold a 25 pound weight in front of your chest or a medicine ball. Dont forget to do obliques too.

Here are some good ab and oblique exercises:http://www.shapefit.com/abs-exercises-sc...

Can skipping for 6 months make 6 pack abs for a 14 year old child without affecting our height?

Short answer is yes because physical exercise like skip rope combined with proper nutrition and diet can help reduce the layer of fat that sits and covers the natural abs we have already. I have no scientific proof to assure you that the use of a skip rope for exercise will not have adverse affects on a growing persons body, primarily height in this case, but I would argue that there are other confirmed factors far worse for a growing person than skipping.Will your 14 year old actually get the results they want with just 6 months of skip rope exercises ? Highly unlikely if their goal is to have abs seen in media since it takes a lot of dedication to both work out those ab muscles through various exercises that target the key areas as well as proper nutrition and diet. I would go as far as to say that proper nutrition and diet (eating based on calories - taking in fewer calories than you expend until you reach the desired body fat percentage and then maintaining a regulated meal plan) is equally as important to the amount of exercise you do. Your results could become delayed or nonexistent if you workout hard but mistreat your body by consuming plenty of “junk food” and wonder why your weight never drops.I rather know why the form of exercise for this 14 year old is limited to just skip rope, when the aim is to get showing abs without stunting their developing height. Most people would naturally conclude that doing basic sit ups and other abdominal exercises would be ideal if you want to develop nice big showy abs.

Does jumping rope help you loose belly fat?

Yeah you will burn fat throughout your body. Jumping rope for 10 minutes is equivalent to a 30 minute jog which means it's quite an intensive workout.

Jumping rope also releases the HGH hormone which is your natural fat burning hormone. If you do this interval training routine for 15 minutes, you will definitely notice a difference:

* Stand in front of a clock or timer of some sort
* Jump Rope for 3 minutes to warm up
* Rest for 30 seconds
* Jump rope as quickly as possible for 60 seconds
* Rest for 30 seconds
* Jump Rope as quickly as possible for 60 seconds
* Rest for 30 seconds
* Repeat this alternating pattern for 15-20 minutes

In addition, your core gets worked hard since your abs have to contract to stabilize your entire body as it propels through the air.

So stick to jumping rope and good luck :)

Will jumping on the trampoline everyday get me a six pack?

It will reduce your body fat which is a necessary part of getting a 6 pack, but then you also need to directly work your abs. You can do regular crunches for your upper abs and also do an equal number of "bicycles" on your back to work the lower abs. Eat more lean protein (eggs, fish, chicken and lean steak... no ground beef or anything deep fried) and no alcohol to keep fat from building in the middle abdominal area and you should be all set.

How often should I jump rope to get a flat stomach?

I have asked plenty of questions on how to get a flat stomach after losing weight and a lot of people said jump-rope. I don't see how this helps you get a flat stomach but i'm trying it now. Just recently started jogging when i go on my walks because people say that also helps flatten your stomach. Okay back to the question. How long should I jump rope every day for quick stomach results?

Jump rope exercises? Abs?

It isnt effective for working abs. Very effective for heart rate and losing weight etc etc, if you jump rope for 30 minutes each day and then do 50-100 situps you will probably see results.

I expect your a guy, im not so you might have to double that or something. Thats my workout routine and its fantastic.

YES IT IS WORTH INVESTING
