Can I Get In Shape In One Month

How can I get in shape in one month?

How to get in shape in 1 month? Many have tried and not many succeed. 1 month to be in shape is really asking to much from your body, although the end result may not be exactly what you expecting. 3 months is sure doable but 1 month is not only hard (not mentioning harsh) on your body, but you might bounce back to your old stats if you not careful.Without further ado, lets see what you can do in 1 month (4 weeks in total). I am assuming you wanted to lose some fat same time.Intermittent fasting but 2 meal a day. Skip breakfast and have your 1 meal at lunch. Last meal (dinner) before 9pm at the evening. For maximum effect, you can even go only with 1 meal a day (assume its dinner only).Low carbs. Remove all simple or refine cabs. This mean no pasta, no bread. Not even Rice. Only complex carbs like broccoli is allow. Your diet should include plenty of vegetable (6–7 cups per day), meat or protein (30%) and healthy fats (40%) and complex carbs (20%)No sugar (including anything produce sugar like refine carbs). Sugar to be remove. Drink Green tea only! or a couple of coffee. NO fruit juices too!Reduce all salt, only to 1/3 tea spoon of salt allowed per day!Drink lots of Waters! NO ALCOHOL!So HIIT 20 mins for 3–4 times a weekGet 7–8 hours of Sleep every day!Stay away from stressful environment, people and work. This is to reduce your cortisol.

How can I get in shape in 1-2 months?

If you are saying that you want to go from a sedentary lifestyle to a fit one, increasing your exercise and changing your lifestyle to a healthy one, then quite simply, get moving!Seriously though, it is easy and hard at the same time.  You need to get motivated.  I suggest a training journal, or basic notebook, to write your daily life in.  You could have a running/exercising section and a nutrition section.  I personally, use my website, The Daily Fitness Journal, to log my workouts as well as give tons of information to my readers, FREE. You should combine strength training exercises that focus on body weight work like the ones outlined in the picture here:These exercises are great because they are free of equipment, free to do, you do not need a lot of space, and for the most part, free from injury because they are body weight-based.  The strength stuff is what will help you lose the weight and get tone.Secondly, you should have a component in your exercise plan that is based on cardiovascular exercise, like walking/jogging/hiking/swimming, etc.  This part of your workout regimen will help a little with your weight loss, but mainly will be in charge of getting your heart and lungs healthy.  Circulatory and pulmonary health is a little bit important, right? In your quest to get toned, you would be silly not to include a hard look at your nutrition as well.  You need to go heavy on the protein, and light on the fat, and smart and light on the whole grain carbs. I hope this helps.  Check out my website, The Daily Fitness Journal for lots more FREE information on all these topics and more.  Also, give me a shout on my website if you want more or need a question answered, etc.

How to get in shape for soccer in a month?

Start running 2 miles at a 8 minute mile pace for like three or four days then go 3 miles at the same pace for 3 or 4 days then get faster every couple days and add some distance so that your running between 3 and 4 miles at a good pace, like 7 minutes. Also try to be able to run between a 5:30 mile and 6 minute mile. This is what i would do. Also if your school has a cross country team that runs in the off season, see if you can run with them. It's allot less boring than running on a treadmill.

Can i get in shape for tennis in a month?

okay so this year is my junior year and i was hoping to join some sports and extracurricula rss so i can get into a good college. im not superathleticc but the tennis team doesn't have tryouts and you don't have to know how to play the sport...they can teach you. they start practice on august 10th. this means i have just over a month. do you think i can get in shape by then? what exercises should i do? i know i wont make varsity or anything... i just want to make jv. and by the way, my sister used to be on the tennis team, so i bet she will help me practice a little bit.

Is it possible to get in shape in 3 months?

yes it’s possibleGo to a gym and start lifting weights, work out 5 days a week . Try to work a specific muscle group in a particular day( i.e chest monday, arms tuesday, rest wednesday, legs thursday shoulder friday, back saturday and rest sunday). there are several charts available for exercise.Go heavy . Push your limits and work out till fatigue sets in( not more than 1 hour a day ). for the first two weeks you will be sore beyond your dreams after working out, then it will go away. Try to lift more than what you lifted last week. Use heavier weight and low repetitions . you will get stronger each week.Eat more proteins and limit carbs( eat whole wheat, rice, potatoes but do not eat pizza, refined flour, bread and all fast foods ). You should eat 3 eggs and vegetables (boiled/ soup) for breakfast. for lunch eat meat(150 grams at least ), vegetables , limited amount of rice(1 cup) or roti/whole wheat bread. at afternoon eat fruits. at evening drink milk(skimmed) . for dinner eat fish or meat(same amount ) and vegetables. complete dinner at least 2 hours before sleep and try to get at least 7–8 hours of sleep( Its very important, “you grow, when you rest”).Do not try to run . you are over weight and your knees and leg muscles are not ready for that kind of hard work. Go strong first before even thinking about running.Follow this routine and you will see a lot of change in you. You will get stronger and will be more energetic .Have Fun
