I'm trying to convert the "Student Assignment Planner" template in Microsoft Excel 2013 to show the title of the assignments from the Assignments tab. Can anyone assist in replacing the formula that displays "Assignment Due!" to displaying the title of the assignment(s) that appear on that day? I do not need more than the 5 spaces that are provided below each date.
Staying organized in High School? Binders, notebooks...?
Get a plastic folder for each class (and possibly a spiral notebook if necessary) for each class. Your backpack will be SO much lighter. Who even wants to carry a bunch of binders around all day? My school doesn't have lockers so I certainly wouldn't. There will be some teachers who require a binder. If so, buy a binder and use it for other classes that also require a binder. For example, if three classes require a binder, then use one binder for all three classes and buy only four plastic folders. Take notes in an actual notebook, then you'll be less likely to lose your notes than if you took them on loose leaf paper. However, make sure that you do carry loose leaf paper with you. You'll need them for class assignments and stuff. Yes, you should most definitely invest in a planner. Teachers may post homework online, but there will always be days where they don't/won't/can't. To keep your binder and folders organized, clean out all the unnecessary crap every few weeks.
