Im 21, and back in march, i got arrested for a DUI. At the time I was 20 and got my license taken away for a year and put on probation for 3 yrs. I had an open container incident a week before my birthday on october which i just had to pay the court 400 dollars and it didn't violate my probation. Just today, i got cited for being on school dorms after being kicked out and banned from there for 2 years. I was in a room and the person in the room had given me consent to be there. I would like to know how much the fine would be, if its wise to get a lawyer, would it be violating my probation, would it affect me getting my license and would i get jail time? If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it...

What happens if someone in my house has weed, does everyone in the house get arrested?
Someone in my household has possession of large amounts of weed. This person was previously incarcerated because of possession previously. If that person is arrested for having the weed, does everyone in the house get arrested too? I live in New York where it is pretty strict I believe to have weed. I'm just afraid I might get arrested which could affect my school and job in some way and my life. It is not really an option for me to move out because I cant afford to live on my own until I graduate in 2 years.
