Can I Join The Club After I Have Flown Recently

Have you ever seen anything funny at the strip club?

i used to go ALOT when i was in my twenties...ahhh, the stories!

here's a couple for your amusement;

1)i went to a club once that did all of the lap dances on a second-story alcove. the dancer was wearing these ridiculously long high heels....after the lap dance, we started to go back downstairs...she tripped and rolled down the entire flight of steps. she was fine...but afterwards, she laughed and said "you did NOT see that, ok?"

another time was new year's eve...a girl i knew there came running up to me...little did i know that she intended on jumping on my lap. i wasn't prepared to catch her, and she slid across my lap onto the floor...we both had a good laugh over that one LOL

got any stories?

If I want to be an airline pilot in India after my B.Tech degree, how do I start? Should I be taking flying lessons while pursuing my B.Tech degree?

As a B.Tech student I’m guessing you already have the basic math and physics knowledge you need in order to start airline pilot training. But the procedure is not different for anyone. No course or degree makes the process of becoming an airline pilot any different, easy or difficult.I would first recommend you to give your 100% to your B.Tech, your B.Tech marks could also be considered during selection process in the flight school. While you’re doing your B.Tech, get a full body check up from a doctor and see if there is any health related obstruction towards you being a pilot and then work towards it. Physical fitness is a must and that’s the only thing you need to think about right now. I recommend going to a DGCA certified medical practitioner and getting a class 2 medical. If you still really want to do something related to it now, then go online and give psychometric tests. These are important tests and a part of selection process in both flying schools and airlines. In the final semester of your graduation, you should start checking out entrance exam application dates and aptitude tests application dates for the flying school you want to get your training from. Visit a national bank and enquire about loans if you need one (at IGRUA you pay 42 lakhs and 15 lakhs for type rating to another institute). Currently there is only one flying school in India which is performing extremely well and it’s IGRUA. The other best option is Chimes Aviation. You need to go for their entrance test, aptitude test, interview and all other things that they ask for when you submit the application. You can also go for the safer option of going for the Indigo Cadet Program. From here on, they will guide you towards everything, for more questions about aviation check out my other answers on Quora. Upvote if they help!

The Mile High Club.....?

And you should stay out unless you and the wife are stick thin! LOL :)

I joined the mile high club about 10-11 years ago flying to the Bahamas on a Cessna Skyhawk that was being piloted by my boyfriends (at the time) best friend and his other best friend was the co pilot! LMAO still.....

Why is it called the "Mile High Club" when you actually do it at 35,000 feet. About 7 miles high?

That expression dates all the way back to the old Ford Tri-motors, at least. Planes didn't go a lot higher than 6,000 feet then.

For Mr. Danger: Yeah, and think of the vibration. May have been interesting.

Mile high club?

this has been playing on my mind for a while now and usually isn't an appropriate question to just bring up willy nilly with people so I'm gonna ask here. I'm astounded by the amount of people who confess to having joined the 'mile high club' and usually can't help but think they're straight up lying because how is it possible?! The toilet in planes are tiny (and disgusting) and obviously people don't do it in public right so..? Even first class isn't totally private(pretty sure none of the people that claim they've done it flew first class though lol) also.. just WHY. I feel like I'm missing out but I just can't understand how What why where

Is anyone in the "mile high" club?

Yes, I spent 20+ years in aviation so I had a couple of opportunities.First time around 1980. My girlfriend wanted me to take her up. I teased her about really wanting to join the Mile High club. She agreed that sounded like a good idea. I explained the problem was that we needed someone to fly the plane and I could get my buddy Charley to do that but it wasn’t fair to him if he didn’t get some too. She agreed to a one time only plane ride and doing us both. We told Approach Control we were on a test flight. Encoding altimeters had become mandatory then and about 30 minutes into the flight Approach Control wanted to know if we were having control problems since we seemed to be having trouble holding altitude. I was experimenting with positive and negative G’s while she was sitting on Charley. Then to top it off, when we got back in one of the line boys invited half the company out to smell the plane. I still had people teasing me about the incident ten years after I left that company.

When Trump bought Mar-a-Lago Country Club, they had a policy of not allowing minorities to join the club. Trump immediately reversed that policy and opened the club up to everyone. If he is a racist, why would he do this?

Well, self promotion and self interests. After he bought Mar-a-Lago. He got into an extended battle with the Palm Beach city council and community over his plans to sub-divide the property for Mc-Mansions or a club/ resort. At the time (90s), most high-end clubs in Florida were segregated, where they didn’t allow Blacks or Jews. The Jewish community had their own segregated clubs. So, Trump was looking for more leverage against the well-entrenched, segregated clubs to get support for his club. Some of his advisers suggested he play the race-card and publicize the current segregation practices of the other clubs. So, he announced that his new club would allow Blacks and Jews. Many prominent people stepped up to support him on that, and he won the approval of the city council and some of the community for his club.I commend him for those efforts to desegregate his Florida club. But, his motivation was purely for self-promotion of his real estate investments. He also knew that few Black people would be able to afford membership in his club. Prior to the 2016 Presidential election, his membership fee was about $200,000 (plus monthly dues). Shortly after the election he raised the membership fee to $300,000.As far as Jewish membership, he already had many Jewish friends and family members (he was after all from New York), so extending membership to them was never an issue. I commend him for that as well, although it was also for his own self-interests.
