Can I Lose 20 Pounds In 60 Days And Tone Up At The Same Time Male 180lbs 22yrs Old

I am 22 years old. I am very thin. I need to increase weight. How can I increase weight? What kind of food should I eat?

You need to follow the below points. As soon as you wake up, drink 1 liter of water completely. Walk for 10 minutes so that the pressure will get on to your stomach and you will get urge to go to wash room right away. Drink 1 liter of water again after 1 and half hour and again walk again for 10 minutes until you get the urgent feeling to go to wash room. Now, you are free from waste. Your body now accepts the new products that you are going to provide.2. Do exercise for 1 hour everyday. Your stomach becomes ravenous after burning calories. This is very important.3. For Breakfast : Soaked Peanuts-1 cup, Coconut- half, Dates -10 to 15. You can also add cashew nuts or almonds-10 if you can afford and then eat fruits like Banana, Chickoo, Jackfruit, Mango, Custard apple.4. For Lunch and Dinner : Eat Brown rice along with green leafy vegetable curry and any other curry. Follow 3:1 ratio of rice and curry. More rice is required because , it’s very easy for our body to convert carbs into fats rather than fats to body fat.5. Eat curd daily .You can surely increase your weight if you can follow this clean diet. Here I made sure that you get fats and carbs which are required for body fat. You don’t need huge proteins, because those are required for muscle formation. That’s it. This is by far the best method to gain weight in a healthy way.Eat healthy, Stay healthy. :)

I am a 22YR old male and have been horny for several days?

Hello, I am a 22 year old male, and so I have a lot of experience with being horny and such... but I notice sometimes it's like.. my time of the month(excuse the term), and I get REALLY horny for like.. a few days straight!

I usually masturbate every morning, and that usually takes care of things for a while.. But all day yesterday I was horny, so then I did it at 1AM... and even after finishing, I was instantly horny again! I went to sleep though, woke up in the morning SUPER horny, so I masturbated again... and was still horny! I've been horny all day as well.

Is is normal for guys to like, get hormonal episodes like this? What's going on?

And when I say horny.. I mean thinking about sex constantly... and my crotch feeling extra tingly and sensitive... where if I touch it once I get insta-hard.

Please let me know if this is normal. Thanks!

I'm 22 years old. I'm skinny. Male. Is it possible for me to gain muscle and weight within a year? Are there people who've done this? Suggest tips

I have suffered with the same problem ever since I can remember. I was so skinny. I tried desperately to gain weight. I did literally everything. I even ate dinner in bed because I was paranoid that I would burn calories if I would walk from the living room to my bedroom (I know, it’s stupid and embarrassing). Anyway, I tried all the 6-meals-a-day, weigh-protein-shake, and handful-of-supplements stuff. And while I did improve slightly from following certain dietary schedules, I realized that the reason I am not gaining weight is:1) I took food and calories for granted:My household, including all my siblings and parents, were so afraid to gain weight that they ate everything delicately and enjoyed every bite, because they know that they will have to pay a price for every piece of chocolate they had. But for me, I had the chance to eat literally everything I can. And the reason I did not was because it was just there for me waiting and I knew that I wouldn’t pay a price so I just didn’t have interest in it! It’s so weird, humans only seek things that are limited and would possibly affect them in the long run.2) I was sadAs much as I hate to admit it, I was sad. I didn’t enjoy eating. I had much important things that I needed to worry about and I basically did not have time for eating. I only realized this after gaining weight3) I realized that I hated working out, but I loved musicThe thing that made me gain weight was enrolling at SoulCycle. Their tough cardio/spinning classes made me enjoy working out and it made me feel so much better about myself that I actually felt hungry all the time. My weight went up by 10 KG and still counting (I’m actually starting to be scared that I might get fat lol).…Anyway, the moral of my story is that the goal is not gaining or losing wieght the goal is to feel better about your self physically, emoitionally, and mentally. Find out what interests you! Try to be happy, enjoy life, and eventually you will get the body you strive for.

How can I find out the ideal weight for my height and age?

Go see your doctor before you get concerned, they can clearly evaluate your true BMI.Firstly, you're working out regularly so you can toss this chart in the trash:Secondly, so many factors go into healthy body composition that any simple "rule of thumb" (or maybe a chart per se) is over generalized. I am just a touch over 5'10" and weigh 200 lbs. I don't look like a football player, nor a marathon runner, but I'm certainly not borderline obese as this chart would have me believe. I play sports and have worked out my entire life. My strength to weight ratio is ideal but you would never guess me at 200 lbs. (btw..I win a lot of stuffed animals at the County Fair when they guess my weight). Once upon a time I was concerned about my BMI and its possible effects on my health. My doctor told me that bone density, muscle concentration and cell mass differ with all of us. I guess it was his way of telling me that I was dense! (rim shot). He then told me to get out of his office and enjoy my stuffed animal collection. I'm sure your doctor will tell you much of the same.
