Can I Play Multi-monitor Pls Help

Can my PC support dual monitors?

Can you run two monitors? Almost a definite yes. Basically any video card made in the last decade or so (rough estimate) will support at least two simultaneous video outputs. And according to the official specs from AMD, the R7 250 does officially support two simultaneous video outputs (even though there are three connectors, it’ll probably only support two at a time).Additionally, in the four years or more that I’ve used two monitors, running on GPU’s ranging from a GT 430 to my current GTX 960, I haven’t noticed them taking anything more than a minute performance hit by running a game on one monitor while rendering the Windows desktop on the other. The Windows desktop is so easy to render that even a relatively mediocre R7 250 should be able to do it just fine while also playing a game. With that said, you probably won’t be getting a particularly great experience in more demanding games, especially on the CPU side of things. That Pentium processor is not particularly powerful, and if you’re running anything but very basic games, you can expect some pretty lackluster framerates. Especially if you’re also rendering, modeling, or animating something. Those are typically very CPU-heavy workloads that will likely either suffer tremendously from you gaming at the same time, or cause the game to suffer tremendously.Basically, you can totally run two monitors just fine. And if you can get a good monitor at a good price, go for it. But if you expect it to run a game smoothly and render something at the same time, brace yourself for disappointment. Cause you’ll probably need a much more powerful chip to do something like that. And one more thing: I would highly suggest getting a larger monitor. Fifteen inches is very small for a desktop monitor, and you won’t have much real estate to work with there. Aim for at least a 19″ if possible, else the gains from a second monitor will be quite minimal. Unless it’s a really good deal on a 15″. Then maybe get it.

Does using multiple monitors use significantly more CPU?

It will affect the performance of the computer as it will require more memory and cpu because it is sending more data to the GPU. But in my experience it doesn't significantly affect the overall performance and the 2 or 3 monitors are absolutely worth it. Besides most applications really don't use the GPU as heavily as a modern 3d game.

Since you already have the monitors it shouldn't cost anything to give it a try...

Are curved monitors good for programming?

Wrong question. Better question: At which size should a monitor be curved?I am using a Dell U3011 30″ flat monitor for programming. Which is very good. I am using it in combination with a Dell U2407 24″ monitor. There is no need to have one of both to be curved. But a little bit small and it’s one device is standing on the side of the other, so I bought a Dell P4317Q 43″ 4K monitor. I send it back after a week, because of other reasons, it doesn’t have the quality of the U-Series. But you can sit in front of a 43″ flat monitor and work productively, but at this size, a curved monitor would be better. At 30″ flat is perfekt, at 40″ curved would be better. If you are looking for a new monitor, the resolution is important. You don’t need a “retina display” for programming (>150dpi), you need space for your text. You need to see text vertically. The U3011 (and later versions) have a resolution of 2560x1600, which is about 100dpi, like every common monitor. It’s just more space. The P4317″ has 102dpi: just more space. You need to see as much lines as possible, even if there are other windows on the left side.If you need much other windows a curved monitor can be good to put them side by side. But most curved monitors are great to watch cinemascope movies. You have any resolution of 1080pixels, which less lines to see - more often to scroll. I don’t know curved monitors with an interesting resolution and a useful amount of dots per inch, so currently I would say:No, a curved monitor is not a good idea for programming.

Can I play a Blu-ray disk on a PC DVD drive?

The answer is no. Although you can play a DVD in a Blu-ray disc player, you cannot play a Blu-ray Disc in a DVD player. The reason is that Blu-ray Discs are embedded with more video and audio information than a DVD player is designed to read.
