There is a blister behind my front teeth, how do I get rid of it?
Sounds like your incisive papilla is inflamed and your teeth hitting it is exacerbating the problem. They might also be the primary cause. Most likely not because you would have this frequently if the teeth are causing it.The incicive papilla is a little bump on your gums behind your upper from two incisors. Looks like this:It is easily burned by hot food or beverages. I know, I burnt my this morning with my coffee. Rough foods can also inflame it. It usually hurts for a couple of days and then resolves.
Is Carbemide peroxide safe to use in my clear retainers?
You cannot use your retainer as a bleaching tray for two reasons: 1. When bleaching trays are made there's an area, like a reservoir, on the front surface of each tooth to make room for the whitening solution. Retainers are made to fit snug up against the teeth and have no room for the solution. The peroxide, or any other whitening product, would leak out and irritate your gum tissue. 2. The whitening solution can damage the retainer.
What will happen if you use crest white strips while wearing braces???
if you continually use whiting strips over your braces you will have changed the color of your entire tooth...except the part under the braces. when you take your braces off youll be able to see the difference. i thinks its better to play it safe and wait till you get your braces taken off.
