I keep seeing my dead ex-boyfriend in my dreams? It's creeping me out.?
I'm young, and i'm only 16 almost 17. I'm going to make this as short as possible. When i was 14 almost 15, i had a boyfriend, and after a long 8 months we had the hardest break up ever. He was way too clingy. He would freak out if he saw me standing NEAR another guy. Once he had the urge to break my phone when i wanted to text my guy friend. I finally couldnt deal with it and i told him the relationship won't work out anymore. He said dont worry it will, and i just shut him off. We just had a silent break up after and we avoided eachother as much as we could. ( even though we went to different schools they were close to eachother) Kaay so last summer i found out he got into the worst car accident and yeah.. don't wanna talk about it but i cried a lot. Later, i found out after a week he sent me hate mails like.. really scary ones. Like "***** you remember me? I'm gonna kill you" or something along those lines; im not sure if it was him though. And this week i KEEP dreaming about him. And really dark, scary dreams. I barely ever think about him during the day anymore, but when i sleep i keep dreaming about him. I have a new boyfriend, but in my dreams its my ex that i see. I'm going crazy cause of this and i can't stay home alone anymore. I really never believe in ghosts, spirits, demons etc etc but i'm still scared =( Why do you think this is happening? How can i stop it from happening?

Just recently my ex boyfriend committed suicide.. we had a very intense relationship and we had been broken up for quite awhile. He hated the girl he was with.. she ruined his life and he began to have a serious drug problem. we always stayed in touch.. we still loved each other very much. ever since his death i cannot stop dreaming about him. it makes me so sad. the most recent one i dreamt that i saw him in a house and i ran up to him and he was bloody... he was standing over me on a balcony talking to me and then we were walking away together. so random. it leaves me feeling mind boggled. i dont understand, i feel like hes still here

You won't go insane, although I understand your frustration. I lost someone very close to me just over a year ago and I still dream about them often (Although not as often as I used to). Firstly dont be disturbed. You can't help your dreams, just look at what they are trying to say to you. Do you still love him (Honestly), or was it that you just never got the chance to say goodbye. Have you tried writing him a letter?. It sounds corny but it may work. Express your feelings, good and bad and your sadness at his loss and about your dreams. Ask him to not help you dream about him all the time. Also try relaxation techniques prior going to bed. I would also, spend 10 - 20 mins just thinking about your ex. Not in any odd way, but to try and stop these dreams and/or thoughts invading you. By giving them some time, may help you move on. I would also (If you haven't already) visit his grave if you can and just have some reflction time. Do exercises before you go to bed and only go to bed when you're tired. Don't beat yourself up over it, it's your way of dealing with a traumatic event and we all handle it differently. Have a look at your local library as to me you do appear to be grieving. I have seen what others have written and in no way am I trying to trample over what has been stated. When most people give advice it is from a place of sound logic and there is nothing wrong with that. I am going to come from another perspective on the matter. I do believe that dreams come from the spirit realm and logic can not help comprehend them much. Depending on how much you are in tune with your soul, your dreams will mean something in your waking life. Most of us are taught to disregard dreams but they have been essential to me understanding or decoding my life. I do believe that if you are not the one interested in reconnecting with your ex that a) they could miss you or b) there are unresolved issues between you two or at least on his end. On the flip side, if you have been contemplating over your ex than it is you that may need healing. In this high paced world, sometimes we forget to slow down and listen to our hearts so those feelings come through our dreams. His conscious self may not even be aware of how his soul feels. Dreaming of someone repeatedly denotes a strong connection. Now, whatever that connection may be is up to you to discover. If I were you, the next time he comes to you ask him what he wants from you. Why do I keep dreaming about my dead ex boyfriend?
I dated my ex for 2.5 years. He was my first boyfriend and I really cared for him. We went our separate ways because he was into heavy drinking and paranoid schizophrenic. He would still talk to me even after we broke up. At one point he said he was throwing up blood and I didn't tell his parents. He confided in me and I felt like I would betray that. Not to mention they are alcoholics as well. when I got my current boyfriend I told him that he needed to see a therapist and its not fair to my current boyfriend that I talk to him. A couple years went by and I heard he had cirrhosis of the liver and later died. He was 22. I often find him in my dreams and in the faces of the people of the hallway. I don't cry anymore but I feel guilty. I feel like we ended on bad terms. My grandma is around me everyday but my ex isn't. I really did love him...just not in love like before.
My dead ex boyfriend in my dream?
I dreamt of my dead ex boyfriend returning a ring to me(he never really gave me one). Then i refused to take it, then i hugged him tightly(I know I was able to feel that hug, really). In that dream, I didn't have the idea that he's dead. I was just simply talking to him, like I didn't see him for years. But when I woke up, that's when I realized clearly that that was Geof(my dead ex boyfriend) and I started to cry. He died last January 31, 2003 because of a couple of gunshots. It took me a year to move on. I had a boyfriend now and we're almost 3 years already and I can say that I've really moved on. I wasn't thinking of my dead ex-boyfriend for like a "decade" so I'm still wondering why the hell he showed up to my dream. Because of that dream, I started to miss him again. What the hell does this dream means??? Can someone give me an idea?? -Could someone please explain to me the thing about the ring and the hug....
I keep having a dream that my dead ex boyfriend is possessing me and messing up my life!!! wtf is that about?
so my ex died in 2001. suicide. ive had this repeated dream in the last 2 months thats hes possessing me!! and haunting me!!! what the heck. i thought it was nothing until i had the EXACT same dream last night. wtf. in my dream i get pictures taken and hes stuck in the pictures somewhere every one that comes out, and wont leave me alone. but hes really tiny or really big and its creepy. and then theres this red coffin in both dreams that i run from cause its his and he wont leave me alone.. what the heck is that about? in my dream last night i remeber saying and yelling leave me the heck alone stop possessing me. and all i remember hearing when i woke up was "possessed" .. im freaked out. i know when i have dreams that repeat themselves theres something to em.. any ideas?
Why do I keep dreaming of my dead boyfriend?
I keep having dreams of my boyfriend who passed away about 2 years ago. When these dreams first started in the dreams he didn't realize he was dead. Then he realized he was dead and told me to not be sad. Now in the dreams he knows he is dead but keeps telling me he's coming back for me and noone else. The most recent one he wouldn't tell me if he was dead or alive because he said it would ruin the situation we were in (in the dream of course) I don't know why these dreams keep happening and it weirds me out how real they feel. I wake up feeling like it REALLY and truly happened. What's going on?
