Can I Receive Unemployment Benefit If My Wc Doctor Release Me To Lift Only 5o Pound

My doctor told me to lose weight and my hernia will go away. It is above my belly button. Is he correct?

I am overweight and my doctor said all I have to do is lose weight and the hernia will go away on its own. I am a 31 year old male and am 50 lbs. overweight. Should I get a second opinion? The "hernia" is not painful or interfering with my life in any way, it is just noticeable to me when I slide my hand down my abdomen while standing. When I lie on my back, it goes away completely. Should I be concerned that this may be a cancerous tumor or just fat protruding? I have lost 15 lbs. recently so please don't think I am trying to find an excuse not to lose weight. That is NOT what I'm asking here. I am just concerned... my body continues to tell me that something isn't right. But I am unemployed and don't have insurance (broke) and can't afford to see a doctor.

Has Trump accomplished much for his first two years?

As has been stated on here: Yes.However, a more important question is: “Has Trump accomplished much for his voters in his first two years.”Many have accurately listed some of the things that Trump has accomplished (tax cuts, conservative justices, deregulation, etc.). However, I do question (although I don’t doubt) whether the everyday 2016 Trump voter — i.e., the ones who put him over the top in PA, WI, and MI — are going to appreciate any tangible benefits from those things, however small they may be. Let’s be honest, poor and working class white people are not going to reap too much benefit from an added $1,000 or so per year on their salary. Especially when you consider that the added trillions of dollars to our national debt is going to reduce confidence in our economy and contribute to worsening inflation. The tariffs he’s imposed are going eventually to lead to higher costs for consumer goods (many of which are made in China) and the retaliatory tariffs he’s caused are already hurting our farmers — so much so that he’s had to spend taxpayer money to bail them out. Most of his policies are good for Americans in the short term (i.e., tax cuts) but bad for Americans in the long term (i.e., increasing debt). But, sadly, Americans don’t vote for politicians with the long term in mind. They vote with their checkbook in mind. Instant gratification. They don’t vote with their kids and grandkids in mind. They vote with themselves in mind. An added $100 per month to their paycheck may be just enough for Trump voters to say they made the right decision because American voters are notoriously bad at looking at the whole picture. It’s totally beyond me how a person can support adding $2.3 trillion to the national debt — which their kids and grandkids will have to pay back — and still look at themselves in the mirror when they wake up. It’s like they enjoy shafting their kids. It’s sociopathic. Ugh.Dr. Paul

What are the best ways of getting out of poverty?

Honestly, you cannot escape poverty. I've seen poverty and, to some extent, lived it. But I know that I will never be homeless, starving, etc. So, you could say that I have never experienced true poverty. But I will tell you this. Those whom I know who were truly poor BUILT their way out of it. They did not escape it. They did things that I would never have the guts or even the physical strength to do.I will give you one example. I teach illiterate adults basic reading and comprehension skills (at no charge). One of my earliest students was a youngish man. We were both in our thirties at the time, though he was a few years younger than I was. He came to the library (which provided materials and space for the class) in a BMW. He had a stunningly beautiful wife. He told me that he lived in a million-dollar home. Yet he was illiterate. He was intelligent, but not brilliant. And he grew up poor -- poverty beyond my experience. He was, quite literally, born on the streets. By the time he was able to walk, speak, etc. his parents had vanished. He survived, somehow -- I have no idea how -- until he was ten, just wandering the streets. Then he started to sell flowers that he had either stolen or that someone had given him.  He made very little money this way. Then someone gave him a box of vitamin bottles  -- 100 bottles -- for free. How and why, I don't know. He sold these 100 bottles by going door to door, in ONE DAY. This was in Miami. It is hot there. And a little boy wandering around, half-naked, selling stuff door to door, is not welcome in most places. But he managed to do this for YEARS. He finally saved enough money to buy himself a house, when he was in his twenties. So, for more than TWENTY YEARS, this guy literally lived on the streets.I think I would die in my first 20 hours, on the streets. He finally married a beautiful, educated woman who had a good job. He got himself a job as a grounds-keeper. And he had been employed for 10 years or so when his wife finally convinced him to become literate. I still have a t-shirt that he gave me as a gift when we were done. So, my friend, you can build yourself a way out of poverty. It is difficult. But it can be done. Frankly, I don't know if I could do it. But I hope you do. I am not a rich guy myself. But let me know if I can help, in any way.
