Wal-mart does have a vending machine where you can make your own ID tag. They can be used for luggage,dog tags etc. They usually have several styles to choose from and you can write whatever you want on the tag; usually two or three lines. The cost is $4 so it's unlikely that it's made of stainless steel.

Can you return something to Walmart without a receipt?
Yes. These are called no-receipt refunds. To process these you must present a valid ID. You can only process three no-receipts in six months. Many people attempt to go to a different Walmart to get around this but the systems are connected in that regard. There are many instances where customers will even bring in family members to skate around this process. It allows you to skip the line, send money, pick up prescriptions. pay for your selections and it records all of your receipts. You don’t have to worry about losing your receipt again. Can I take an item back to Walmart after 4 months?
As a CSM I only ever let it go if we were talking about days. Like under 97 (policy is 90). If you have a receipt and it says it's been longer than that, the answer is no. A way around this is if you don't bring your receipt. As long as it wasn't a clearance item, then there's no way we can know how long it's been. However, non-receipts returns count against you, so be careful with that.Once had a women try to return a fan she had purchased last year because it stopped working. However, she had obviously bought a new one and stuck the old one in its box. Tried to return it as though she had bought it yesterday. The thing was nasty and covered in dust like it was old. That was a no.
I bought some choclates and clothes from Walmart ... but i want to return them ... is it possible ?
I think so. I'm not sure about the worn pair of jeans, though. Just send the worn pair of jeans to your address via mail. It may be expensive, but it's better than throwing them away. If you don't want to mail them, give them to Good Will, at least you will be helping someone.
What does the average luggage weigh without contents?
I usually go for short trips and use a carry on bag or duffel. I will be going away for a few weeks and need to purchase luggage I will check (thankfully I am flying Jetblue and don't have to pay unless its over 50lbs). It is a 25" upright luggage on wheels. I put it on the scale at home and it says it is 10.5 pounds just by itself!! Is that a lot?! Should I return it and look for a more lightweight option? Thank you
