Can I Run 2 Radeon 6850

Will AMD Radeon 6850 run battlefield 3?

Yes, your computer will be able to run BF3 perfectly fine. The Radeon HD 6850 is a pretty good graphics card, as it is comparable to a regular GTX 460 (generally), and the other specs all should easily run more intensive games like BF3. Also, if you follow the link I'm including in my sources, you can see that even at about 2560x1600 resolution the 6850 can pull a good 36 or so FPS. If our screen resolution is closer to 1440x900 or even 1680x1050, then you'll be even better. If you don't mind cutting back on the AF and some other settings too, then you'll be performing perfectly.

Also, on the note of the 6 core vs 4 core, it's all about the clock speed. While some Phenom II x4 4 core processors have higher clock speeds, the Phenom II x6 1065T doesn't lose anything because of AMD's Turbo Boost tech, which underclocks three cores and overclocks the other three, providing 3.some Ghz of processor power. You may lose up to 2, or if you're particularly unlucky, 5 FPS if you use the Phenom II 6 core rather than the Phenom II 4 core, so there really is no difference, considering the fact that the FPS will almost constantly be above 40 or 50 in most games. You can look up benchmark comparisons between the Phenom 6 core and the Phenom 4 core, but trust me - the difference is minimal.

Hope I helped!

Edit: I added a link showing the differences between the Phenom II x4 and the Phenom II x6. If you scroll down to the graphs, there's barely a difference between the two in most cases.

Radeon 6850 won't run on my P5N-E SLI?

The card just might be defective/DOA and need exchanging. Have you tried it in a different machine?

What brand is your power supply, and did you connect the 6-pin power cable directly to the card? It won't run without that... Check the psu label for how many amps are supported on the +12V rails.

The version of PCI-Express x16 doesn't matter... version 2.x cards work in version 1.1 or regular x16 motherboards fine, version 2.1 motherboards accept any earlier cards, etc.

On a side note, 1gb of RAM- really? Add more, stat! I can't think of any game that would benefit from a Radeon HD 6850 which doesn't also require at least 2gb of RAM. Unless I'm misreading your specs and it's really 4gb- then you'd be fine.

Can a Amd Radeon HD 7850 Play Total War: Shogun 2 on High Settings?

Absolutely the AMD Radeon HD 7850 2Gb came out month ago back in March 2012 it is a fairly new card and it can run many games on max settings with full HD 1920x1080 resolution it is fairly on the same lvl with the Nvidia GTX 580. I have it and i play BF3 on max settings with 1920x1080 res with over 60fps lowest was 39 when tons of particles were flying around and if it can do that with not the slightest lag BF3 is one of the most graphic intensive games out there so Total War is just a cake for it.

List of games i have played with FPS

World of Warcraft - 60-90 fps bout 45 - 65 in 25 man raids
League of Legends - 90-120 fps
Modern Warfare 3 - 75-87 fps
Starcraft 2 - 72-97 fps

This card is strong and worth the money you wont be disappointed

Can I run Outlast on low settings with a 1-year-old AMD Radeon A8-6410 graphics card and a 5 GB RAM?

yes i think you can play it on normal setting,

I have a SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850 1GB, Intel Pentium e6700 & 6gb ram and I wanna know if I can run modern games?

Yes you can, if you reduce the resolution to 1280 or bring down the AA and AF quality settings to medium. Some games will be fine on 1920 resolution and high settings. The 6850 is a decent lower-midrange card, and with the appropriate settings it should do acceptable framerates.

Each game will be a bit different, and you have a trade off between Resolution, Frame Rate and Quality. If you want 60 FPS at high resolution, you can kick down the quality. If you want 60 FPS at high quality, you can kick down the resolution.

People may say that the Pentium is bottlenecking the GPU, but unless you have a much higher end GPU, or a game that is way more processor heavy than average, that isn't true.

How many Ethereum can I mine per day on my 3-year-old Radeon HD6950 2Gb GPU at current difficulty?

Radon HD 6950 and some older GPUs such as the AMD Radeon HD 5830/5850/5870, or the Radeon HD 6850/6870 or 6970 with 1GB or 2GB video memory that are not suitable for or doing great for mining Ethereum (ETH) you might use them for mining something else. There are still some crypto currencies that can be mined with a pretty good performance even with older video cards like these. You might want to look at Blake 256-based crypto currencies such as Decred (DCR) for example where the older generation of GPUs like yours would do well.I would suggest you mine bitcoins. Your GPU would give 251.93 mHash/s . Cheers!

What's better for Arma 3, GTX 650 1GB or AMD Radeon HD 6850 1GB?

The HD 6850 is on paper slightly better but the Terascale architecture it uses is outdated, reason for which AMD ceased to support products using it. That GPU has been EOL since 2015 and no new drivers were ever released. It is not even Windows 10 compliant nor does it support DX12, Vulkan or OpenGL 4.6.The better choice would thus be the GTX 650 as it is compatible with all the aforementioned technologies and is still supported by Nvidia.

Will an amd Fx-4170 Bottleneck 2 Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 cards?

Two things. One, the FX-4170 runs at a clock speed of 4.1 Ghz, or somewhere around there. Two, if you need to, you can overclock it. AMD chips are typically unlocked.
