Can I Take C4 Extreme Everyday

Should I take c4 extreme and protein?

In my opinion, a simple yet effective preworkout like C4 and the recovery rich whey protein are great, simple products to use. The C4 is primarily going to help you push through the workouts a bit more. It has similar properties to coffee as far as caffeine, but it also have a few other ingredients that are naturally found. For example, the creatine. 1 gram of creatine can be consumed in an 8 oz steak; there is 1 gram of creatine per scoop in the C4. The warnings that are found on most products can be a bit much at first, but they are stressing that not everyone should use the products. With the C4, as well as all other supplements, it is to be used by someone 18 years of age or older, no contradicting medical conditions listed on the label or using prescription medication. Mixing meds and supplements is not a good idea unless approved by your physician.

Also, supplements are to supplement a healthy diet and lifestyle, and by no means meant to replace good/healthy whole foods. If you are wanting more protein in your diet to help recovery, use protein supplements accordingly. If you would like to energy and nutrient shuttling for any type of physical activity, use a preworkout like C4.

Furthermore in regards to the safety of the supplements, they are safely used when there are no contradiction to the warning labels and cycle appropriately. For most stimulant based products like preworkouts, it is best to cycle(use) for up to 8 weeks, then cycle off for about 2-4. This is ensuring that the product is going to continuously work, and by taking the time off, you're allowing your body to reset and refresh the tolerances so it is effective time and time again.

Moral of my story: don't abuse supplements. Use them as directed, and follow the rules.

Is it safe to take a pre-workout supplement every day, and what are their associated health risks?

Being a fitness enthusiast for over 3 years now and being practically tried most of the supplements myself,  I think I am best suitable to assist you on this. Pre workouts are mainly aimed to give you a kick while working out to help you push those few extra reps with heavy weights and basically it makes you jumpy and highly focused. Period.  Due to the presence of the ingredients like caffeine, ephedrine,  arginine e.t.c it helps you even in loosing fat as well while minimising or nullifying the muscle mass loss during the process ( considering you are  consuming a suitable diet plan rich in proteins - tailored according to your need). So basically it can assist you in many ways - be it heavy weight training or cardio. Now coming to the drawbacks of pre workouts:-As it is a stimulant so.you can get addicted to it over prolonged continued use.      Remedy for that      Cycle the supplement for 1-2 Months which means that           discontinue the supplementation for a period of 2-4 weeks after a prolonged usage of it for two reasons One being the body get used to it and won't respond to the same way it used to before, after getting immune to it.Second is that many theories suggest to cycle most of the performance supplements as above for the same reason as above. Whenever you stop using the pre workout you will feel like being hit by a bus if while lifting the same weights with the same intensity/volume as before. But you need not to worry about this as you will overcome this barrier within a maximum of one month of contined training. Faulty consumption time specially within 3-4 hours of your sleep time might interfere with your sleep pattern  due to the presence of ephederine in it and to make up for that again you have to take an another supplement-ZMA for better sleep. So final word - if you really want to crush some heavy ass weights in the gym but couldn't do it due to sluggishness then you can go for the pre workouts to give you the kicks during the workout, just remember to cycle the supplement along with it's proper usage.HAPPY LIFTING :)

Jack3d or c4 extreme?

Used to be a hardcore superpump 250 fan, after trying jack3d haven't touched anything else since! That stuff is where the magic happens! You can have 1-3 scoops preworkout for jack3d honestly I've never taken more than 2, its pretty potent

C4 extreme making me sick?

Hi, I'm about 5'4" and 122 pounds. I'm trying to get more toned and muscle so I decided to try cellucor c4 extreme for the first time yesterday. I only took half of a scoop since I'm new to it and I felt tingly before, during, and for an hour or so after my workout. This is TMI (I'm sorry) but about 2 hours after my workout, I had diarrhea. Also, later that night like around midnight I felt really dizzy and lightheaded. It only lasted for about an hour though and then I felt fine and went to bed. Well, this morning when I woke up I was extremely hot even though it was cold and raining outside. My heart was beating a little fast, and my chest felt kind of heavy. As I went to my first class, I started feeling really dizzy again but this time I also felt nauseous. I ended up getting up and running to the bathroom in the middle of class and started blacking out as I stood up. I could barely see running to the bathroom because I was blacking out so bad. I didn't even make it to the bathroom and ended up throwing up about 4 times on the floor. (TMI again…I'm sorry) I left class early to go back to my dorm because I felt awful and about an hour later I felt super dizzy and nauseous again and threw up again about 6 times. It's been about 4 hours since the last time I threw up and I'm feeling much better, but I've had waves of nausea that are awful. Has anyone else had this experience with c4 or know why it's happening to me? Serious answers only please and thank you :)

How old do you have to be to buy Cellucor® C4™ Extreme pre workout from GNC?

yeah preworkout doesn't have any age restrictions. It "recommends" that under 18 doesn't use it. But that doesn't mean they cant sell it. The only things In there you cant buy are testosterone boosters, which are garbage anyway
