Can I Take My Hand Gun To Fla On Vacation I Live In Ga

Do you have to have a license to strip in Atlanta, GA?

Yes you do have to have a occupational license. In most counties it does cost $350. I've had one for Dekalb and Fulton counties. The last club I started working at though just changed this year to only charging $50 though, which is Sandy Springs- have no idea why but I didn't complain:) I know of lots but if your new to the whole thing I'd recommend you start at a club that's not huge and competitive- which could leave you running with you tail between your legs:) lol... Don't know everyone is different but I know if I would have started at pink pony or cheetah I'd have never wanted to go back- its "cut throat" there and the whole vibe there is just something I can't handle. I prefer smaller good ones and make enough money to be happy about. If you want more info let me know- I've worked at 3 in Atlanta the last two years and working in that buisness you hear about everything that's going on at other clubs- so if you told me a little about yourself I may be able to help you figure out where you could fit in at the best. Also if I'm ever wanting to work somewhere I'll go into the club as a customer and hang out and have a drink or two and see how it looks and feels. I've never had to pay admission to do that- when the door person greets me I just let them know I was thinking about working here and wanted to check it out for a few.

Can a foreigner buy a gun in the United States?

I am Canadian, but this story might amuse you all. In the early 1960s when I was in my teens I flew into Philadelphia from Montreal to visit my relatives. I also wanted to buy a surplus .30-06, Enfield, (not Lee Enfield) bolt action military rifle, which I did at a Philadelphia army surplus store. When it came time to fly home I removed the stock, which I put in my luggage and carried the barreled action onto the plane with the intention of restocking and refinishing the rifle at home. After we took off the stewardess asked me if I wanted a sandwich and “is that a rifle?” “Yes, I’m going to refinish it and restock it.” “Oh, that is nice.” And off the stewardess went to get me a sandwich. Try that now and see what happens.

Top ten most beautiful US States (in your opinion)?

Really tough call because each and every state is beautiful in its own way and also every state has parts that are somewhat undesirable. However these ten stick out in my mind as having the best scenery and landscape.

My top 10:
1. California: it has everything, beautiful coastline, gorgeous forests and desert with the countryside in the middle to boot.
2. Vermont: You can see and feel all four seasons here and unlike in most states they are all pleasant and beautiful.
3. Hawaii: it's the biggest tourist attraction for a reason!
4. Idaho: Usually doesn't stick out as being beautiful to most people but if you've ever been to the mountains of Oregon, California or Washington, Idaho's scenery is just as good, maybe even better.
5. Florida: Amazing beaches. Lots of sunshine. Nice weather. Loads of greenery.
6. Alaska: Unlike any other state. The most dramatic landscape in the country.
7. Georgia: Trees draped in Spanish moss. Nice small coastline. Hotlanta.
8. Kentucky: Green rolling hills. Horses. Need I say more?
9. Oregon: Portland! Beautiful Willamette Valley and mountain range.
10. Michigan: The Great Lake State. Beautiful winters.

other beautiful states:
NH, NC, TN, WV, AZ, NY and many many more

If you live in Florida, but get a DUI in Georgia, which state would you take online DUI classes for?

Georgia is not a member of the interstate license compact but Georgia Department of Driver services will submit evidence of your DUI conviction to the Florida by mail. How it will effect your home state license is largely dependent on how the letter is processed. Sometimes it will be recognized as a DUI conviction and sometimes just an out of state license hold. You can go to the Georgia Department of Driver Services website where they have a search engine for Certified DUI Schools based on your home state that the Georgia Department of Driver Services will accept.

How can I shoot weapons in Gun Ranges in US as a foreign tourist? How much does it cost and which weapons can I try? Is it safe for foreigners to indulge in these type of activities?

Chris Everett’s answer covers it pretty well. You will find it easiest to do in a tourist oriented place. For example, from my last visit to West Yellowstone, Montana: IMG_0104Generally, you can shoot whatever is legal to own in the place you are. Handguns, shotguns, and rifles for sure, perhaps full-auto firearms but that is more expensive.Shooting is one of the safest sports there is, if and only if you follow the safety rules. Carefully listen to the safety briefing and read the range rules. A well-run range will hand you a page of rules. You have to initial each one and sign at the bottom. You also have to sign away your right to sue them if anything goes wrong. If by some strange chance you are visiting the Scranton / Wilkes-Barre area in Pennsylvania, I would be happy to take you to a public range and make sure you have a safe and educational time. I won’t charge for my time, but range fee, gun rental, and ammo could easily cost $50, and more if you want to shoot a lot. I would probably come to your hotel room for a non-negotiable safety lecture, practice shooting with real guns but inert ammo, then off to the range for live fire. The whole thing might take half a day.

If someone has a bench warrant in one state, could that person be arrested in another state for that same bench warrant?

I have read almost all of these answers. I am originally from Indiana, and the state places a rider on all their misdemeanor warrants that it is enforcable only within state boundaries. Now, I seen almost all of the answers her are from people with law enforcment back grounds. Not to upset anyone but police officers do not spend the time and money attorneys do on an education. When there is a rider on the warrent it is placing a legal jurisdiction or enforcement on that warrent. And that warrent is then only a legal document in the boundaries of jurisdiction of that document. Outside of that it is worthless, nothing more than toilet paper. So it is my understanding that it you are out of jurisdiction of the warrent as stated on the warrent (which at the time the officer runs a check it is stated there it) and arrest you only on the basis of that warrant then they have commited a legal kidnapping and have falsely arrested you due to the fact the officer already knows the jurisdiction of the warrent and what the intent of the issueing court is on the extradition. So yes you should take care of the warrent as soon as you can, but understand that if you are checked and you are in fact outside the limits of the warrent. It is no longer a legal document and can not be enforced at any cost just like a city police officer had NO jurisdiction in another city that is not within his state. In fact if that police office from NV came to my state of Florida and tried to use his badge in a official capacity he would be arrested for impersonating an office. If the law is like that for the jurisdiction of a person what do you think they would be for a pirce of paper. And remember to alway demand (not ask) to see the warrent and to read it completely before you sign it. Some jails have been known to pass off the warrent as extradition papers just to get you to sign the warrant. Sorry to any law enforcement officer i may have upset.

How long does it usually take a letter to reach Alaska from the lower 48 US States?

Usually it takes 5-6 days for mail to travel from the southern US states to Alaska. With the holiday season, it is normal for it to take longer. If the people do not receive them by Friday of this next week, contact your local post office for advice.
