Can you take claritin and sudafed at the same time?
I took a claritin but it didn't help and it's a 24 hr thing. I don't like taking a lot of meds but I really need something. Is it safe to take regular sudafed with regular claritin? I'm limited to what I can take because I'm pregnant and I'm thinking my nurse said earlier that I can take them together but I'm not sure and the office is closed now.
Can I take dayquil and sudafed at the same time? ?
Dayquil contains a decongestant, which is what sudafed is. Just take one or the other. If you double up on the decongestant, you could end up with heart palpitations and tachycardia, possibly high blood pressure.
Can I take NyQuil and Sudafed at the same time?
There’s no harmful interactions with the two, but Sudafed is a stimulant and will likely keep you awake. NyQuil won’t hurt, but it’s debatable whether it’ll tire you out after the Sudafed.Speaking without knowledge of alternatives to Sudafed: next time, maybe try a warm shower (or at least a warm, damp washcloth) draped over your nose to hopefully help loosen up your sinuses while you lay down.
Can i take cold medicines with lexapro?
You can use cold remedies while using Lexapro, however, stay away form any containing aspirin or Ibuprofen or NSAIDs, you can use one containing acetaminophen or paracetamol, plus some decongestant like Pseudoephedrine. It is best be used for the least period possible till symptoms subside.
Lexapro yes or no?
I currently take 20 mg of Lexapro for anxiety. I have no signs of depression and it was only prescribed for the anxiety. When I first started taking the pills I was also prescribed Ativan to take until it got into my system. I see a big difference on Lexapro. I have not had an anxiety attack since Christmas (I was on a lower dose at that time). The only side effect that I have had was a reduced sex drive, but this went away and I think I am back to normal now. I have read other sites and it seems to be a common problem, some people complain that their drive never comes back, so they find a different drug. I think Lexapro could be a great choice for you, but I think you should visit your doctor again since your prescription is so old. I think they like to monitor your results to get you on the correct dose to treat your symptoms, while limiting side effects.

Can you take sudafed with vicodin?
Just curious. My nose has been congested for the past month, though this morning when I did my sinus rinse, I squeezed too hard before I realized my left nostril was clogged and I ended up with some of the rinse in my left ear >.< It hurts when I burp or touch it, and I read that sudafed can help that. I had a bad anxiety attack a week ago and in teh days since I was tensed to the point I've been hurting all over X_X I cannot sleep in a comfortable position for me without causing my head and back to hurt (I dont sleep well on my back for some reason) so I hardly slept last night. I'm going to take one of my left over vicodin (lortab 500/5 stuff) from my wisdom teeth extraction a couple of months ago before I go to bed and see if that will relieve the pain enough for me to sleep. I've been taking tylenol sinus (trying to kill 2 birds with one stone) but it only lasts long enough to get me 1-2 hours of sleep before I wake up again >.< So, is it cool to take that and take a sudafed (like the strongest decongestant sudafed type)? I've never heard of that interaction before, but just in case. As long as it doesn't have acetaminophen it should be fine, right?
Can i take tylenol cold with lexapro?
I've taken Lexapro to about 5 years, and I've taken Nyquil - Ibuprophen, Dayquil, Tylenol cold - NO drug interaction - AT ALL. If you feel more comfortable, just give your doctors office a call and ask the nurse to ask the doctor. It will take him about 4-5 hours to return your call, but the nurse will call you back around and tell you it is OK to take the cold medicine - I am 99.9% sure about it.
