You can't buy clothes directly off Tumblr and a lot of the time the person who posted the picture doesn't say where they got the clothes... Try sending them a message in their ask box to find out where they got it and see if you can buy from that company online or in your town. :) I see a lot of clothes on Tumblr from One Teaspoon (www.oneteaspoon.com), Princess Polly (www.princesspolly.com.au) and Etsy (www.etsy.com), you will also find that a lot of girls get really cool pieces from op shops. If I put Mickey Mouse on my T-shirt (i'm not going to sell it), is that illegal?
If you make changes that people does not see like I seen in Korea with sneakers. For example I saw a pair of Reabock instead of Reebock. Is only a letter difference and also the logo was changed but somewhat look the same if you do not pay attention. That is ok. Is like taking a catchy tune like X amount of seconds (just border line legal) and remix it with some other crap and called your own. You have been sold "someones" idea but since the sampling is not long enough, they can not complaint. Same with the Mickey ears. Make a change, play with the geometry and they can not complaint. There is nothing that forbids you to play with circles and arches. Right?

No. It is not legal. Both the companies you mentioned have no rights / licenses from original creators of various characters etc that they use on their t-shirts. In fact they don’t even have any designers working for them. They are often just copying designs of companies like GingerCrush, Bewakoof, WeTheChic, VoxPop, FreeAuthority, etc.Go to Tumblr, Reddit, you will find plenty of designers cribbing, whose work these companies have stolen. They have also received several DMCA notices as well. And quality per say too, they are really crappy.

Okay! So I just need some little Tumblr inspired ideas for my room I'm redoing this summer! I'm getting new bedding, I have Tiffany Blue walls, and dark brown furniture.
