When is it okay to start wearing your ugg boots?

When should I start wearing fall/winter clothes?
Where I live, we don't have much of a fall/winter season. In the fall, it's 50/60 degrees in the morning but 80/90 degrees in the afternoon. In the winter, it's pretty much the same thing but 40/50 degrees in the morning and 70/80 degrees in the afternoon. Oh, and sometimes it's really rainy. I whip out the boots and sweaters in the end of September or the beginning of October, but the weather changes pretty quickly, so I usually have to play it week by week. I really just wear whatever is weather appropriate, haha. If you don't know when to start wearing cold weather clothes, I'd suggest starting with looking at the climate in your area. If it's cold enough to wear sweaters and scarves, go for it. You shouldn't base what you're wearing on when other people start to wear their wintery clothes. Remember that we all live in different parts of the world with different weather. Trust your own instincts. (Just don't wear flip flops and shorts when it's 50 degrees outside like I did when I was thirteen.)
Am I too young to wear mini skirts?
If they feel too old for you when you wear them, buy tights or footless tights or wear them with boots to make them seem less revealing. Or just wear shorts. Either long shorts or shorter shorts. I think they look nicer than miniskirts and they are less revealing when you are sitting down and stuff.
Is it ok to wear uggs to the club?
