Can I Wear Cream Hair Gel Everyday

Can I use hair gel every day?

Better notHow hair gel affects hairHair gels contain alcohol and corrosive chemicals that strip off moisture from the hair and scalp and make them dry and dehydrated. These gels mess with the moisture levels and reduce the production of sebum creating dry, brittle and breakage prone hair and give rise to problems of itchy and flaky scalp. They make the hair frizzy, thereby giving rise to unmanageable, dry, rough, limp and lustreless tresses. These gels dehydrate the hair and scalp, thereby making the hair prone to breakage and fall. The chemical compounds present in these gels along with external pollutants together react with the dead cell build up and excess sebum on the scalp. This clogs the hair follicles and eventually causes hair fall. Excess and prolonged hair fall can lead to problems like receding hair line, baldness etc.Healthy hair secretsUse rosemary oil once or twice a week to massage on hair. How to style my hair everyday?

Try Garnier Fructis Style Curl Scrunch Gel or their Style Soft Curl Cream. I don't really like Garnier Fructis Shampoo/Conditioner but their other haircare products work really well. The Gel will give you more of a stiff hold on the curls the Cream more of a smooth, elegant twist. These products keep the frizz down but if not their sleek and shine keep in conditioner works, too. I'd advise not putting too much in though because it can make hair look oily.

What's your everyday hairstyle?

i just leave my hair open and when it's hot a ponytail is just fine.

If I style my hair everyday with mousse, wax and hair spray, how often do I need to simply wash or shampoo my hair?

Hi There..Well the first thing that I drew from your query is u look like u are connected to fashion industry where u need to look glamorous every minute or perhaps a working woman. If that's the case then u can feel the pressure of perfect hair everyday and why not with all that products available over the counter. Now coming to your question… if you style your locks every single day using these products I believe u will have to shampoo them every single day before going to bed so that your hair can breath without any chemical coating on it. U need to keep them unadulterated while your body, skin and hair are repairing and rejuvenating. If this looks impractical and not doable to you then u must shampoo then atleast every alternate day. But my worry is if you use these harsh chemicals every single day it will just damage your locks to an extent that it will deteriorate the health of hair. So it's really paramount that u eat right nutritional food, oil your hair atleast twice a week, Use hair packs once a week and live a stress free life. Only such healthy lifestyle will help u sustain such a routine for your hair. What I would suggest is you can use the styling products one in two days and wash them every alternate day. On a weekend u can pamper your hair with hair oil and hair spa so that u song loose the shine of your. Excess chemical can make your hair lack lustre and brittle.Hope above information suffices your concern. Thanks and rock it gal.

Is my everyday makeup routine too much for a 16year old girl?

Im 16 and from NZ so i dont use MAC or sephora products or anything, because we dont have that where i live.. So that's why i dont use too much high end products.
Keep in mind i do not wear makeup EVERYDAY. I do have days where i wear no makeup, or sometimes i just wear, tinted moisturizer, blush, mascara, and lip gloss/balm.

Anyway! tell me what you think, is this too much?
I moisturize my face, apply acne cream, and under eye circle cream at night.. So all health care is done at night.
Mornings:
Apply tinted moisturizer all over face. (CG aqua smoothers)
Apply concealer under eyes. (Maybelline liquid concealer)
Mineral powder to set that-applied with Kabuki brush (Maybelline matte powder)
MAC eye creamy thing, little lighter then my skin tone on eye lids
Any 1 eyeshadow colour, usually a light brown, or neutral colour. Applied all over my lid- So its not too much, and its kind of natural
Light whitish colour for a brow bone highlight, barely there.
Curl eyelashes, apply (CG lash blast mascara)
Natural colour light pinky cream blush on cheeks.
Little bit of natural looking bronzer onto cheekbones and forehead
Then lip balm and any lip product i feel like usually:
Rosy lip liner, with light lip gloss
Any lip gloss only
A lipstick
Lip stain, All my lip products are mid tone pinks, light pinks, no bright out there colours.

What do you think? too much? any tips/advice? I dont do this all the time

Does using hair gel damage your hair?

Yes.Hair gels that contain a high concentration of alcohol are usually not recommended by popular stylists since alcohol’s presence tends to de-moisture the scalp, drying-out the hair, making it weaker. Cheap gels can even induce flaking of scalp and hair fall. So, be very particular about the kind of hair gel you choose.Hair gel and hair loss are often spoken in the same breath but it should be noted that all hair gels are not injurious for hair. It is a matter of choosing the right kind of product. Further, some basic follow-up measures like washing the gel off properly and not sleeping with gel-soaked hair shouldn’t be ignored.Hair gels are compatible with all types of hair. This includes curly, wavy, textured, colored and relaxed hair. The amount of gel applied is usually directly proportional to the period up to which the hair can be maintained in a particular manner.Hair gels featuring natural moisturizing ingredients like aloe vera, henna, Amla, chamomile, jojoba or rosemary are a better, sensible choice. They promote a healthier scalp along with providing a decent degree of hold.Best way to use flaxseed gel you can make it at home tooProcess:-Pour 2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of flax seed into a pot, on low/medium bring it to a boil stirring flax seed often with preferably a wood spoon. Turn off heat when a white frothy gel like liquid forms (it will have a raw egg white consistency). Continue stirring while it simmersTips for healthy hairMassage regularly by rosemary oil and massage it for 10 minutes and keep it overnight for deep conditioning.Use natural ingredient based shampoo for that chemical free effect on hairFor longer and thicker hair make use of pure aloe vera gel on hair overnightFor shinier locks do hair spa twice a month , best way is to do at home , below is step by step processInclude hair superfoods in your diet to provide all hair growth nutrients to scalpProtect your hair from sun exposure and pollution.Take care of your hair :)Subscribe me on you tube channel Cocoa Sonaliofficial for more hair care videos.
