Can I get a good job if I only do diploma?

It all depends upon the question how you define the term "good job"here. If you complete your diploma obviously you will get a job in some or the other company and you will start earning. If you are working hard, and have suitable experience and domain knowledge, you will end up in some other company in high position.  Coming to the con's of diploma.  It is not a degree. You can do a degree after this. Most of the government jobs have made mandatory that you should have Degree to appear for exams. So if you have made only diploma you are losing out on opportunities. The salary will be less in the beginning and it may or may not rise exponentially. So my suggestion is,  if you have a degree your are presented with a sea of opportunities. Doing diploma will surely get you some job but gives you less option in choosing. I had a friend, for some reason he couldn't study. He studied ITI joined some company. He began to realise that I should study to get a decent job so he completed diploma and got promoted to next level. He saw people having a degree with less experience than him are earning more so he joined and completed engineering.  My point is if you can afford the education of a degree no matter what you should do it. If you  can't  afford also then above story should motivate you to do.
