Can Internet Products Site Legally Fool People

Is it illegal to sell nude pictures on the internet?

As a professional photographer, I can tell you the good and bad of your idea.

1. You might make some good short term cash.. Emphasis on MIGHT... There are a lot of people (webmasters, photographers, modeling agents etc..) who may try to rip you off. READ EVERYTHING before signing ANYTHING..

2. You may regret it in the future. How do you explain it to a future spouse or children, or even grandchildren?

TEENS: What age do you think it's appropriate to fool around/have sex?

that is a great plan you have. so many teens (including myself when i was your age) regret who they are with and what they do because they were not more careful and didnt think. i personally think that when you yourself are ready mentally is when you are ready. u will know when the time is right... and never let ANYONE pressure you.

Is it illegal to trick people into believing a fake sob story so that they give you money?

Yes, because you are intentionally making a false representation for financial gain.

Here, let's analyze the elements of common law fraud:

Fraud has nine elements:

1. a representation of an existing fact;
2. its materiality;
3. its falsity;
4. the speaker's knowledge of its falsity;
5. the speaker's intent that it shall be acted upon by the plaintiff;
6. plaintiff's ignorance of its falsity;
7. plaintiff's reliance on the truth of the representation;
8. plaintiff's right to rely upon it; and
9. consequent damages suffered by plaintiff.

You represent that life is so hard and you have to work 2 jobs. And all your family died in a tornado. All of those are material statements of fact and are false. It is false, and you know it is false. The intent is for it to be posted online to elicit people to send you money, so it is intended that it shall be acted upon. There is no reason that people should believe it is false (well I would never send some random person money for that, but whatever, most people don't know any better). And they would not have sent the money but for, your false statement that your family died and you have to work two jobs. If someone did send you money, based on those statements, then they relied upon it, and because they gave up money, that was for something that they would not have done so if you were not deceitful, then they suffered damages.

So in conclusion, yes, that would be fraud.

How do I get 1 dollar from 1 million people?

I would follow the proven example given by many fledgling entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. They have repeatedly shown that you can easily achieve a high volume of sales by selling a commodity at a loss. The products they make often end up costing far more to manufacture than they sell them for. To achieve the same results, you effectively sell a $20 bill for the bargain price of $10. Following this method, you can quickly have customers lining up at the door and the phone ringing off the hook. You will have no complaints and your support costs will be minimal. Its as easy as that, and you can now call yourself a marketing genius! Then, just like start-ups in Silicon Valley, you can fool yourself into thinking you have a viable business, and you will be retiring rich and famous shortly after your Wall Street IPO.Unfortunately, this business plan has a limited lifespan. So, just as you frequently read in the news about dot com startups that crash suddenly, you will find yourself confused about why your seemingly amazing business idea, with all its satisfied customers, is actually in deep trouble. Suddenly you find you have burnt through millions of dollars of venture capital funding, and your now broke.As your company crashes into oblivion, repeat this dying phrase I have heard many times from entrepreneurs in the Valley:“We appear to be losing money on every sale, but we can compensate by selling a higher volume.”

Is it illegal to trick someone into pregnancy?

lmao!!!
Men and women both have lied to each other, concerning sex, for centuries. No, it isn't illegal. If it was, half the country or more, would be in jail.
Stupid? yes. Illegal? no.

Is it illegal to trick someone into giving you money, or just immoral?

If you simply tell someone to give you money, without promising anything without intending to be truthful (aka lying) or threatening them (undue influence), and they give it to you, then it's not illegal - there's not always a law for immoral behavior.If you ask for money with someone believing that you will deliver something for them - aside from everlasting love of God or any other mythical entity - and you don't do it, then it's fraud and there are laws to punish you.If you have an exchange - of money for goods or services - and the buyer just fails to be reasonable, let's say you sell them the Eiffel Tower (again... Going...going ...gone. Eiffel Tower Sold...Twice!), it will depend on the laws of the country where this sale had happened.Basically, do your research and have a good lawyer. Though I am sure it's purely for hypotheticals.
