Can My Landlord And Tell Me What I Can And Cannot Have In My Yard That Iran

How do you remove Waterproof Eyelash Glue from carpet?

There's this carpet stain removal called Rug Master or something like that.....I was dying my hair in my room 2 years ago and spilled some dye on the carpet and was like oh crap! I tried to get rid of it myself but couldn't since it was a permanent color so I went to Wal-Mart to buy some carpet stain removers called Rug Master or something you can google search it......I bought a bottle for only about $3-$4 each......it's not that expensive.......one bottle is all you need depending on how big the stain is.....this is what I did: I put the liquid stuff directly onto the stain, let it sink in for a few minutes, then used a white wash cloth to absorb the hair dye.......to my amazement it came right off! I was so happy! Now I wouldn't have to worry about looking at a dirty stain on a carpet plus my landlord wouldn't charge me when I moved out.......if I can remove permanent hair dye from a carpet I'm pretty sure this stuff will work on your eyelash glue! Hope this helps and good luck!

What is differences between Ireland and America? (laws, life, military)?

The laws I am most interested in stuff like, Free Speech, Internet, weird laws, (Like one place its illegal to spit on the ground), taxes, driving, and music. Like, can you have internet thats not regulated by the government? Can you legally download movies and music? Can you walk down the street and swear loudly? (Not that I would, but its a good example of freedom of speech)

Also, if anyone knows, how hard is it to move there? Like, would I have to get papers, citizenship, what?

How is the military there? Is there a draft? Do they fight in all the wars? Do they stay out of it?

How about life? How easy is it to have a UPS package shipped? Do you have to drive long distances to get anywhere? (I was interested in the place called Shannon, which is in County Claire.) How are the stores, like, is it easy to go and grab office supplies, dvds, videogames, and food within a short distance? Like here, you have Best Buy, McDonald's, Safeway, all within viewing distance of each other.

How laid back are people? Especially towards people from America?

What is the housing like? Are bathrooms like in America? As in, toilets and showers? (thats my main concern. I like having a nice bathroom) What about the size of houses?

And, how do I get a job over there, with someone like UPS, but in the warehouse? I saw a couple jobs, but it was customer service, I wanted warehouse. I also saw that Shannon had a UPS place, but I couldn't find it on the UPS site.

thanks for any help

At what kinds of targets did satirical writers, such as alexander pope and jonathan swift, aim their satire?

Jonathan Swift was satire. In his essay "a modest proposal" Swift put forward the way to solve the irish question, was to eat Irish babies. He had it all worked out, the Irish would get a new source of income, and the English would get a new food source.

Behind this monstrous satire, was Swift's point. Large Irish landlords, were sucking the country dry and spending all their money in London. The British Parliament talked and talked and never did anything to help the Irish. The greatest insult you could give a man was say he was born in Ireland.

In Lilliput, the court was all abother with should they where high shoes or low shoes. The Crown Prince, not willing to offend either party wore a high shoe on one foot, and a low shoe on the other, causing him to limp everywhere. This was a dig at the Prince of Wales, and at the High Church Anglicans and Low Church Anglicans.

Swift talked freely of bodily functions, how it took 20 Lilliputian wagons to haul away Gulliver's morning ****. The word **** was used so frequently, I doubt you could go 4 pages. I saw a children's copy printed in 1800, where they used the letter S for ****. What jolly good fun.

Why are they do many vacancies in Los Angeles but rent keep rising?

My family moved this year and I feel I can answer this for the San Fernando Valley area. Landlords, especially in rent controlled areas, understandably hold out for the most rent. It is much more profitable for them to rent Luxury apartments, even small ones, to the few who make enough for higher rent but cannot afford a house rather than provide more affordable housing.Landlords now look for an income that provides three times the rent, no evictions (not surprising), bank and employment information, previous rental history, credit history and those lovely fees; application/credit check, holding fee for the apartment and your willingness to pay for “extras”. Many of the apartments we looked at had limited storage, sometimes limited parking and they were more than willing to charge extra for that. Now let us get into supply; if you are going to build or renovate an apartment building, putting up with neighboring homeowners who scream “not in my backyard, you’ll take all the parking!” why wouldn’t you invest for the most profit? Obviously, landlords are running a business.Best advice to you; drive around neighborhoods you like and look for signs for rent. Write down the number and the street address and then start a Google Docs Excell sheet to keep track of apartment details like rent costs, size, etc.Good Luck,DaveFormer renter in Santa Barbara, West L.A., Downtown San Francisco, Mid-City L.A., Valley Village and now Pacoima.
