Does a Danish residence permit allow you to work in EU countries like Norway, for example?

If you are from a country outside of the EU/EEA/Schengen area, and you have been granted residency in a specific European country like Denmark, it does not automatically permit you to work in Norway, you would have to apply to live/work in Norway through the same or similar process as you would have in order to live/work in Denmark. (Assuming you don’t want to commute, it’s a bit of of a trek like.)

Can I work in other EU-member countries if I hold the residence permit of Portugal (Golden Visa)?

The short answer is “no”, though the long version goes; The residency by investment program in Portugal (Golden Visa) allows the main applicant and his/her qualifying family members to obtain a Portuguese residency card. This card provides the right to live and work in Portugal. It also provides the right to travel throughout EU.The residency card does not give the card holder a right to live and work in any other countries than Portugal. However, the most appealing aspect of the Portugal Golden Visa is the ability to apply for cizitenship at the end of 5 years.Citizenship of Portugal and owning a Portuguese passport provides the right to live, work and study anywhere within the European Union.Having been in the industry for close to two decades, I can say that this is perhaps one of the best value propositions in terms of the investment type, requirements, and the path to an EU citizenship.I hope this helps!

Can I work in Denmark if I have an Italian permanent permit?

No. You can't work in Denmark even if you have permanent residence in Italy. But if you have permanent residence in Italy and have worked there more than 5 years, you can work in Sweden and most of EU countries.Denmark, Ireland and UK don't participate in “long term resident exchange scheme”In order to be allowed to work in another EU country, you have to change your residence to long term resident. The condition for that is you have got a job in that EU country.Anyway, as a non-eu citizen with permanent residence does not guarantee that you can exchange your residence to another country. But you have got a job and can prove that you can support yourself then you have good chance. As I mentioned earlier, in the case of Denmark it is not possible even you have got a job.
