Can Not Forward E-mail

Cannot send, forward or reply to any Y! mail!! Why?

I had this problem, and I followed these steps:
Internet Explorer 9.0:

1.Open IE 9.0, and select Tools > Manage Add-ons.
NOTE: If you do not see a menu bar with "File", "Edit", "View", etc, then click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your browser window and select "Manage add-ons..."

2.Then make sure the pull-down menu at the top reflects Show: Currently loaded add-ons.
3.Select J2SE Runtime Environment or Java within the main pane, and at the bottom-right of the Manage Add-ons window
4.Click the Enable button.
5.Click close.
6.Please close and re-open IE 9.0.
If you cannot locate J2SE Runtime Environment or Java within the main pane, please reinstall Java , and then conduct the above troubleshooting steps.

Hope it works for you!

How do you forward an email with full header?

In new mail - click on the subject to open read pane. At the right it says "compact header". Click on little triangle and select "full header".

In classic mail - click on the subject to open read pane. At the bottom click on "full headers".

To send the headers you must copy it and paste it into a new email. You can't forward.

How do you forward an individual email and not the entire conversation?

Try turning off Conversations. They are the worst thing on the new version. Its still not the old version that actually worked, but it is at least better without Conversations.

Hover over the Gear icon at the top right of the mail page, select Mail Options or Settings (which ever you have it seems to be different for some people). Then find the option for Conversations (either on the main page of options or on the Viewing Mail settings) and uncheck it.

Why does gmail not have a one click forward button?

There are two Forward buttons available under GMail.Open the conversation,At the right you will see Reply button and next to that a dropdown button will be available. Under the dropdown there will be a Forward button.Scroll to the end of the mail, you will see Reply, Reply All (not available if the mail is sent only to you without a CC) and Forward button. However GMail does not have Forward button directly in Inbox view, therefore you cannot simply select a mail and forward.

Forward email without opening?

You cannot Forward any mail unless it is open - it is a separate web address from the Inbox. Besides, do you really know in advance what the contents of a mail are before opening it?
Safe e-mail practices and technical advice sites say to delete every other e-mail addresses from a message if you plan to forward it. And PLEASE, use BCC: for any 'bulk' e-mailings, instead of To: or CC:. Send the mail To: yourself.
This will help to cut down on spam and hackers' computer identity theft. You never know where the Forwards go, or whose computer is already infected to be able to give these addresses to the hackers and spammers!

If you forward an email can the original sender see that you forwarded it?

Only if you include the original sender with the forwarded email. In nearly all cases, if not all, when you forward an email you get an empty To, CC, and BCC address input box. The subject generally has “FW” or “FWD” added to the front of the email to show that it’s been forwarded. But ultimately, unless you add the original sender, the original sending will not know that you’ve forwarded the email. Now let me also say this. If the original sender included code embedded within an email letting him know exactly when and how many times the email has been opened, he will know. I see this with CRM software from time to time. But outside of that, with a traditional email, the original sender has zero knowledge you’ve forwarded the email, unless you include him as a recipient when you forward OR one of the recipients that you’ve forwarded the message to informs the original sender.

Why can't Gmail forward outgoing mail?

Gmail (and Google Apps Mail) only allow forwarding for inbound mail.  Filters can be applied to outbound mail by putting your own email address in the "From:" field but the forwarding filter action will not work (even though it allows you to build the filter).  This appears to be intentional on the part of Google and I suspect it is in place as a safeguard against email abuse. There are two known work-arounds to get outbound emails to another account.  Both require you to setup a separate "MONITORING" account.Option 1: (good for the parental controls type scenario)Enable POP on the USER account you want to monitorAdd the USER account to the "Get mail from..." section of the "Accounts" in the MONITORING accountComplete the setup process as promptedNow your MONITORING account will get a copy of everything sent by the USER accountOption 2: (good for forwarding team emails to 3rd party services)Follow all steps in option oneOn the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab of the MONITORING account, add a forwarding address to the 3rd partyOn the same tab, set the MONITORING account to forward a copy of incoming mail to the 3rd party addressIn this scenario, sent mail from the USER account will get pulled via POP into the MONITORING account where Gmail will interpret it as "incoming" and forward it to the 3rd party.  There are several caveats to these approaches: Making users provide you with their log-in credentials to setup the POP connection is bad security policyIf the USER later changes their password it breaks your integration[Unconfirmed] Google limits you to five (5) inbound POP Accounts on an account which may require you to maintain multiple MONITORING accounts depending on the number of USERSIn a corporate environment this adds administrative headache and extra steps to the process of on-boarding new users

How do I forward a bunch of emails from my Gmail inbox to one person?

There is no native functionality to do this, but this method works: How to Auto-Forward Gmail Messages in BulkHow it works:1. Add a unique label to all the emails you'd like to forward.  That can be done in bulk fairly easily: https://support.google.com/mail/... 2.  Then create a copy of the gDoc (https://docs.google.com/spreadsh...) they offer.3.  In the document, enter in the title of label you want to forward and the email address of the person to whom you'd like to forward the messages to.  4.  Then press the "Gmail Forward" tab on the doc, click initialize (script uses Google oAuth to gain access to your mail), and then click "Start Auto-Forward."Note: To get it to work, I did need to press "Start Auto-Forward" twice, but it works quite well.Additional Note: This runs in the background (you can stop it at any time), so it works on existing messages as well as future messages with a particular label.

Why can't I forward messages using gmail?

... Hmm. Well, somewhere around a billion other people do this every day. So my first assumption is: the trouble is something you are doing, that they are not… or perhaps something you are not doing - that they are.Which leaves me with a lot of questions. Is this a private Gmail account or a G Suite domain? Are you using any kind of client software? Are you doing this on a PC, tablet, or phone? What domain or domains do not receive your forwards? Can you originate an email message and the same person who did not get a forwarded mail will receive it?Do the forwards in question have attachments?Again... Gmail forwards email easily. So if you are having a problem, I need more information to suggest a fix.
