Can Obama Fix Anything With A Snap Of His Fingers

How would you fix climate change, if you had the power to do so?

In spite of what conventional wisdom is saying about slowing the pace of climate change (now likely to increase by 1.5 degrees C relatively quickly, not in another 80 years, with that likely to be enough to disrupt global climate and resulting weather patterns quite a bit) the damage may already be done now. It may be the case that if all of humanity went extinct today that the climate would still be severely impacted by the end of this century.Put another way, it may well require the ability to either turn back time or to terraform (change the form of) the Earth’s atmosphere to fix things. With infinite, God-like power someone could just snap their fingers and alter the chemical composition of the atmosphere. Back in the realm of changing people’s point of view things are only much more practical, but still completely impractical.Shifting the impossible from that scope to another if someone could invent a way to harness solar power at 10% of the current cost to do so fossil fuels would be obsolete immediately. If electricity became that close to free all cars would be electric in no time, and power stations would switch over from coal and other sources to solar as well. It’s not really possible to answer the question in a way that doesn’t invoke some radical form of fiction. There is no “I’d make people understand” answer. One way or another humanity is going to ride out what’s going to happen, and it will be absurd how radical the impact will have to be before people cease causing the problem to be worse. A die-off of a substantial percentage of humanity may do it. Even then there would probably be deniers of various forms; idiocy seems to hold a near-universal appeal.

What if any kind of Gloves Should a Football center/snapper use?

Try to buy some padded lineman gloves. Get Underarmor gloves if you can because they are the most protecting, cheapest, but keeps your hands cooler than alot of other lineman gloves. If you don't like the thought of buying cheap try buying the most expensive ones out there. But I would go with Underarmor lineman gloves.

If I could snap my fingers and reset time, would it create an infinite time loop?

I'm no physics genius, but I'll give you my point of view.If I could snap my fingers and render everything everywhere exactly as it was 1000 years ago (particles, forces, trajectories, etc.)Obviously you wouldn't be alive. No clear way - unless you're God, and that's not you. Now, going into the fun stuff. Resetting time back 1000 years would be interesting and I'll touch on that in a minute, but the actual progression of time after the "Reset" would be an interesting thing to watch. I think about the ideas relating to the multiverse or parallel universes. If you reset time there would be this concept of an alternate world from the original past. 1000 years ago a man could have decided to be a monk not a knight. He would never had become king and the bloodline of the throne of England today could belong to Obama. With this reset you risk the whole idea of life as you know it. What if during WWII, your father/grandfather enlisted, but was killed. You may not have been born. What if, through the course of time, the way governments fell, we lived in a barbaric, semi-Communist society? In my opinion, there would be NO time loop.

What is the average length of a football play? From the snap to the whistle.?

lets see the qb is suppose to through the after 3 secs and alot of players run 440's so i say 8 1/2 secs

Short story that relates to "nothing ventured nothing gained"?

A skinny man decides to start working out but then he goes to the gym and sees an enormous guy have a seizure in the locker room after ingesting eight tubs of pure protein. The man is too terrified to go back the next day and has endless nightmares about the incident. Then one day he finds himself too physically weak to get out of bed and he DIES.

How do I become better at catching a football and not flinch?

For the flinching part, know that you're NOT going to drop the ball. I used to have the same problem, but i realized that that i shouldn't drop this. Think about you and the ball, don't think about dropping nor the rival team....Believe that you can catch.

If you have time alone...practive by laying perfectly on your back....Practice by awkwardly throwing the ball in the air and catching with your hands in the diamond cup position. This helps to better predict the ball's motion and the best way to catch it. Also, if you have a partner with a good QB arm, practice by running plays, such as 5- yards cutbacks/slants (the best plays to practice are the plays that uses fast cuts). In most situations, the QB will always throw the ball towards the chest area, or extremely low in slants and cuts.

Excessive shaking in hands ?

If you are having action or intention tremors, which you are, you really should see a doctor.

Make the appointment and then keep a journal of when these "tics" begin. are these tremors or something else? What you were doing before they started. I think you might also want to keep a diet journal as well. Caffeine in any form and there are several. Too much sugar - not just times when you don't eat and your blood sugar might be low. Exercise routines- if any. Sleep habits.

If you do an extended family medical history with the adult members of your family, keep watch for movement disorders such as Essential Tremor.

Wait a minute! You have a tick bite? Don't make snap judgments about tick bites. Please make sure that the doc you schedule with is knowledgeable about tick bites. Ask first. Those same ticks which carry Lyme disease also carry other nasty things - ff not the deer-tick than a cousin can be a carrier. Please read the next link to get a better idea. This CDC list has 10 different diseases which you could have gotten from your tick bite if the tick was infected.
http://www.cdc.gov/ticks/diseases/

Remember that not everyone bitten by an infected tick becomes symptomatic with the typical fever, rash, headache, joint and muscle pains. Tremors are usually not a symptom of tick-borne diseases according to the CDC but they are a symptom. Take a look at the infected tick-borne symptom list at the site below:

Because you also describe muscle pain I think an medical appointment is not something you can afford to delay. It is also possible that you will be referred to a specialist as a result of your appointment because there are some other options.

As to the itchy skin, let's leave that to the medical profession as well. Perhaps a dermatologist or endocrinologist or an ENT.

At any rate, you appear to need medical attention now. Best Wishes.

Why do quarterbacks always call off numbers before they snap the ball?

to just confuse the defense and making them think hes calling an audible

Are football visors legal in youth football?

I have to agree with Rob B above me. I also officiate football and here where I work games no leagues are allowed to have colored visors of any kind. It is done as a safety precaution so if a players gets hurt you can see the eyes of the injured player without having to take off the players helmet.
