Mix it all and you can add sprouts as well. It tastes yummy, its like eating bhelGreen tea and almonds or makhana or Mcvities digestive biscuits(2 3 pieces) in eveningSame salad that you had for Lunch in the evening and if you dont have time. To workout just walk at night.I was 70 kgs and within a month i was down to 65 kg but you ll see even better result, I used to weight training so i almost gained 2 kgs of muscle mass during that time. So all and all you can lose upto 7 - 8 kgs by that time

If I replace one meal with salad every day, will I lose weight?

Thanks for the A2A!This will only work if you are selective about your replacement meal. Eat salads with fresh spinach or heartier leaves than iceberg. Have shredded carrots, red onion, radishes, grape tomatoes, celery or other raw fresh crunchy veggies. I like frozen peas on my salads - by lunch time the peas have thawed and taste fresh. Skip chopped fruit or have a whole fruit as a snack. Chopped fruit is great, but it can add more calories than you want on your salad.Don't add any cheese or creamy dressings. If you want to watch your calories a lot, just use a vinegar for a dressing - if you can have an extra 50-100 calories, make it an olive oil and vinegar dressing. Don't use crackers or croutons. If you use nuts or seeds, do so sparingly and know how much you are using. Pumpkin seeds are awesome for salads. In other words, you are constructing a meal that has fewer calories that what you used to eat for the same meal and is probably fresher. A hearty lettuce will have more fiber and keep you feeling full longer. Some kind of added fat like the oil or nuts will also help you feel fuller longer, and has the benefit of making sure you can process any fat-soluble vitamins in your salad. Avocado can work too, but if you use it, skip the nuts or skip the oil.Protein can be anything, as long as you know how many calories are in it - lean cooked chicken breast, fish or tofu are all good options as long as you know how much you are using. Lean red meat like steak can be a good option too, in small amountsGood luck!

Is it because of the calorie deficit diet that I don't poop everyday?

I am not sure what type of diet you are following, nor what are your macro ratios, but in general, it is very likely that your caloric deficit is the reason why you are experiencing constipation. That is because you are not getting enough fiber through your foods. But before we dive into that, let's start over. What are the reasons why you can experience constipation or digestion issues?Changes in your menu. [1]Not being active enough. Exercise helps constipation by decreasing the time it takes food to more through the large intestine, thus limiting the amount of water absorbed from the stool into the body. [2]Stress. This is a no-brainer, but this is a BIG REASON why your body reacts in different ways. [3]Change in life or routines. Your bowel movement can and will change when you travel, if you become pregnant or as you get older. [4]You are eating too much dairy. [5]Lack of fiber in your menu. Fiber helps your stools stay soft. You would also need to drink liquids to help keep stool soft. [6][7]Different medicines. Many different medicines can cause constipation. [8]Certain health problems. For example diabetes or other neurological conditions. [9]The list goes on and on, and probably everyone will find something for them. The answer to your question: Probably.Although there are many reasons why you can experience constipation, I take a chance at saying that you are perfectly healthy and unstressed human being. In this case, it is very likely that you experience CONSTIPATION because of CALORIC DEFICIT.The caloric deficit by itself is not the reason, but as because you have a limited amount of calories to work on a daily basis, your fiber intake is low. You need at least 14g of fiber per every 1000 calories you eat.

I have struggled a lot with this very uncomfortable issue in the past. Now I follow the ketogenic diet, but the concept is the same with everything else. The best remedy for constipation during caloric deficit?1. Try to add more fiber-rich foods to your diet, if your diet allows it. For example whole grain foods or fruits.2. If you are doing the ketogenic diet, then you are not in luck. Then I would suggest considering taking fiber supplements. They will really help.Good luck!

How much weight will i lose in a month if i eat just 700 calories and exercice for 45 mins-1 hour?

It depends entirely on your weight now. Also, are you male or female. A man needs about 2,500 calories a day; a woman around 2,000.

For every 'deficit' of 500 calories per day (making a total of 3,500 per week) you will lose 1lb, or just less than 0.5kg. So, if you have 700 calories a day you will have a weekly deficit of 12,600 calories if you're a man or 9,100 if you're a woman. This equates to weight loss of either 3.6lbs or 2.6lbs, depending on your sex.

As a side note, though, I would counsel you increase your calories to at least 1,400. Eating too little will cause you to lose weight in the short term but is far from sustainable and is very detrimental to your health.

Is eating 540 calories a day a good diet?

I totally know where you are coming from. This kind of stuff sucks and a lot of girls go through it during their high school years. What you need to do is start eating about 1,200 calories a day (if you eat less than that, you will gain the weight back very easily). When i say 1,200 i dont mean just salad, i mean a healthy good day would be a hard boiled egg, half a grapefruit, and green tea for breakfast. a nice big salad with plenty of greens (spinach, tomatoes, avocado, peppers, celery, carrots, broccoli, cucumber, balsamic vinegar, ect.), and for example grilled salmon with boiled broccoli for dinner. Then drink 4-5 water bottles of water a day, and have a large glass of heated water with lemon in it before bed. This is not a strict menu, these are just examples of what a good day looks like. And if you are hungry between meals (which is common), snack on veggies(peppers, carrots, celery)!!

When it comes to training, start easy because your joints hurt. I would recommend trying to take an hour walk a day. When this becomes comfortable, start swimming! this works your whole body and isnt hard on your joints! Swim laps like there is no tomorrow (30-60 mins at a time). After a couple months of this you will have lost enough weight to start jogging and eventually even running. Everything will come with time. Also make sure you have one rest day a week. Still eating healthy but no hard training. I know this seems like a tedious process, but I promise you it will pay off and you will see results after about 3 weeks. You can do it!!!

Eating once every 24 hours?

✿¤·ஐ Yeah, but it would be unhealthy and you wouldn't feel good about yourself. If you want to lose weight, you need to make it a part of your lifestyle. You can't define it as a diet, but as a change of lifestyle. Getting healthy means eating health. www.sparkpeople.com gives you healthy meal plans, and many support groups. Good Luck. ✿¤·ஐ

Is eating too much salad bad for you?

You don't say if you're eating other things as well. Depending what's in your salad, its perfectly healthy. A balanced diet requires food from all of the food groups. If you add a protein source to your salad, that would help. Also, too much fiber can cause diarrhea, which could lead to nutrient deficiency caused by malabsorption.
