Can Somebody Translate Part Of This For Me

Can somebody please please help me translate this part of shakespeare? It would mean so much. Thank You.?

Things base and vile, holding no quantity,Love can transpose to form and dignity. Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind, and therefore is winged cupid blind. Nor hath Love's mind of any judgement taste; Wings and no eyes figure unheedy haste. And therefore is love said to be a child, Because in Choice he is so oft beguilded. As waggish boys in game themselves forswear, So the boy Love is perjured everywhere. For ere Demetrius looked on Hermia's eyne. He hailed down oaths that he was only mine; And when this hail some heat from Hermia felt, So he dissolved, and showers of oaths did melt.

It is a Shia supplication called دعاء الجوشن الكبير not a page from the Quran. This part can be translated as:".....O Creator,  O Acceptor, O Perfect,  O Gracious, O Separator, O Just, O Dominant, O Seeker, O Generous. Praise be to Thee, there is no god but Thee, The Granter of all Succour, Protect us from the Fire, O Lord. O He, Who graciously bestows His bounties on us,  O He, Who honours us with His charity, O He, Who rewards us out of His benignity, O He, Who makes us respectable with His might,  O He, Who decrees with His knowledge........"It should be noted that this prayer or supplication is falsely attributed to the Prophet.

1) Primero, para ser un buen estudiante, siempre haz tus tareas. Segundo, siempre presta atención en clase. Tercero, siempre llega a clase a tiempo. Finalmente, nunca faltes a clase.

Can someone translate from Latin?

It's certainly Latin-ish, but I can't seem to decipher it. Some words are misspelled (facille instead of facile) and others are impossible (voloreic could not exist in Latin). My initial guess would be that this is a Lorem ipsum style text generated by a computer to serve as a placeholder text based on the word patterns of a real Latin text.Deepening the mystery, part of this text occurs in only one place on the internet, as a placeholder text for the attendees of this 2012 conference of the Africa Finance Corporation: Page on ic-events.net. This is quite odd and I'm very curious to see what people with better Latin than mine can glean, but my instinct tells me it doesn't mean anything. I imagine it used a very specific text generator.
