You can't, directly. One email address can only be linked with one gamertag at a time. What you might be able to do is - create a new email address that you don't care about, - switch your current gamertag to use that new email address, - and then create new gamertag using your own email address again. I'm not 100% sure that it would work though as I haven't tried it.

Go to http://xbox.com and click "Sign In". If you forget the email, there should be a button somewhere on that page letting you find your email. No, you don't need to use an MSN email. You can use any email address you like. You start by going to live.com and creating a new Microsoft Live ID with the address of choice (in your case, your Yahoo email). After you've set that up, you can go into your account on your Xbox 360 through Account Management and change the Live ID that your gamertag is associated with. Call Xbox customer support, you will need to provide your gamertag, name on the account, billing address, possibly the last 4 of a credit/debit card on the account, and the correct answer to the security question. I believe you can create a gamertag at xbox.com and then send messages to other gamertags. That way he should be able to access it whenever he logs on while playing his 360. I'm not sure whether or not the silver version, (the free one) allows you to do that, but if not I'm pretty sure the gold account works as long as you're willing to pay. Anyone can have a gamertag regardless of whether or not they have an xbox/360.
