Wrong. If they know your Skype username (not ur Skype display name) there is an option on Facebook under "Find Friends" You can use "via Skype" and type that Skype name in. It will then get the Facebook account tied to it. So, if someone like me was to type whatever your Skype name is, I could indeed, find your Facebook account. Assuming ur Facebook account does infact show your real name, location, etc. Make sure your Facebook settings are as secure as you can make them. Go to the top right corner and click on the little bolt thing, and click Account Settings, and later Privacy Settings, make sure every option is set to "Friends of Friends" at MOST, nothing Public, otherwise, people can find you via that Skype username. Double check on Skype and on Facebook, your e-mail you used to register for Skype is not tied to your Facebook, and vice versa. As well as your Skype name ofcourse. This should secure your information to only the people who you know this information is being delivered to and seen by. If all this checks in, someone like me would not in fact be able to get your Facebook, and/or your name/location etc. Test it with a friend, have them remove you from Facebook and try to add you via Skype option on "Find Friends" if they cannot, then your information is secured. If they can, then this is an issue you may want to contact Facebook or Skype about, informing them of all the tactics you have tried, to eliminate the possibilities, and if there is any other ways I am not thinking of, or you, that may help you prevent this in the future. Although one doesn't have to allow searching by those things, if she didn't turn it off, you may be able to find her that way.
