No. There are some YouTube accounts that are used solely for the purpose of spreading hate. They leave hateful comments on as many videos as they can, and they will try to get youtubers to feel so bad that they quit. One of these accounts left a horrible comment on the first video I had ever made and I responded to it by thanking him/her. That person reported my comment and ended up reporting my responses to comments on all of my videos, and I was unable to comment on any videos (including my own) for about a month. I was never notified, and when I contacted someone at YouTube, they suggested that I needed to use a different browser (I didn't). So no one ever told me that I was reported at all, but I knew exactly what happened. The account that reported me was commenting on my videos again, bragging about what he/she did (I had said in a video that I was unable to comment on any videos). He/she was thrilled. Anyway, had that account not told me himself/herself, I never would have known if I had been reported or who did it.
How can someone find out my real name based on my YouTube comment?
Anything you do online can be tracked by someone somewhere, no matter how anonymous you try to be, so it’s not wise to harass people online with the assumption that they’ll never find out who you are. If you’re mean to the wrong person and they have the right resources, they can (and just maybe will) find you.

That is because "Comments'' are now being routed through your Google+ account. Therefore, if you aren't signed-in to your Google+ account, you may not be able to see or access them -- particularly if you are commenting on someone else's video and you aren't in THEIR "circle''. After all, what you're really doing is commenting on THEIR Google+ accouint. The other thing you should try, oddly enough, is to disable any ''Adblock'' software you may have. Since YouTube comments don't actually come from YouTube but from Google (which is a "third-party"), your Cookies may consider Google Plus as some kind of 'advertisement'.

HiThe thing with the locations is that … even if you turn you location share settings off and you connect with the internet… then the location can be tracked by the IP Address.. though not everyone would be able to do that.To get this location you would need the police, FIR and much more as these details would be obtained from your ISP.The only thing here is that if you hide your IP well than the process of tracking your location would be just difficult to do …. not that it can be hidden completely.If there is anything that you would like me to explain to you, please let me know.Good Luck!
