Can Someone Fix The Errors With This Program I Know That Its Not All The Way Done.

Can someone help me with a couple error messages on my computer?

It's actually my mother's laptop. It gets two messages when signing into the account. They say:
'A fatal error occurred. However mscorees.dll could not be loaded to display the appropriate error message. Please reinstall .NET framework.'
'Error loading NVCPL.DLL. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.'

Can someone help me try to fix this? I'm not very computer savvy and we don't have the money for Geek Squad. Please let me know what I can do to get the computer back in good working order. Ten points for the most helpful answer and thank you in advance.

As a programmer, What is one thing you wish the not so computer literate would understand?

The computer is going to do what you tell it to do. No, it didn’t delete your files, you did.I know how to make web pages, fix some computers, “install” internet. That has nothing to do with my job and most of the time I hate to do those things.Yes, I can write a code for you, no it won’t be for free (or)No, I don’t have time to do that code for you. I would love to earn extra money, but I work 8 hours, it is impossible to work 8 more. It is also impossible to finish a project working 2 hours per day.It is not that I don’t want to explain things to you, but each time I start explaining something you get bored, distracted, or have no idea and I have to repeat it. Let me just help you and let me go.It is really difficult to break a computer by using it. There is nothing you can break just try and you will learn… read the popup messages don’t hit “ok” without reading it.. that’s how the evil computer does before it deletes all your emails.

Does anyone know what problem my Computer has? It shut down on its own and said it had a Blue Screen problem.?

Either the System Registry is messed up or Windows has failed to load/initialize a driver/hardware.
The blue screen came up maybe to warn you about the problem for it might cause more serious problems.
If you have just installed a hardware, turn the power off, unplug it and try to boot again.
If it still fails, boot in Safe Mode and uninstall the driver/software you just installed that might have caused it and then reboot.
If it again fails, go back to Safe Mode and try System Restore.
Hope this helps.

Sims 3 launcher error, has 2 buttons that say "send" and "don't send"?

If you recently got a virus, are you 100% sure that it's gone? I'm sorry to say I don't trust McAfee anymore. Even in the best cases, most viruses need more than one tool to be completely free of them.

DO NOT go to any site that is named for a specific error. If you do, I see more viruses in your immediate future :/ That site is for the Perfect Optimizer, which sounds like junk-ware to me.

The launcher error is not a The Sims 3 error, it is a Microsoft error informing you that the program failed to run. The Send/Don't Send is whether you send information about the program error to Microsoft or not.

99 times out of 100 it responds with "Download the latest updates for Microsoft Windows/Internet Explorer/your drivers..."

I would rescan your system with McAfee, and also try an online scanner like http://usa.kaspersky.com/downloads/free-...

Don't worry - I use Kaspersky and the link above is safe. Some other tools to use to keep or get your system clean are listed in this post on The Elder Geek:

http://www.theeldergeek.com/forum/index....

Follow all the instructions in post 2 of that page and when you are done, you should be reasonably sure that all viruses are gone. One of the things you will be directed to do is run CCleaner which does what the 'Perfect Optimizer' claims, but it's free, actually works, and has been around longer.

When you are done doing the steps to clean your system, try the game again.

If it doesn't work, disable or remove any custom content/hacks you may have installed. If it still does not run, you may have to re-install.

EDIT: I looked more into the link you gave in your question - Do NOT use that program. People who work for the company have been spamming Y!Answers with that site. Some people have reported it making their systems slower, others that they had to do a complete reinstall after using it. Read complaints here: http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaint...

Annoying error 633?

The modem is actually in use - make sure you don't have other applications that are using the modem. Applications that can use the modem include fax software, terminal software (like HyperTerminal), as well as voice software including software that can make your modem an answering machine or speakerphone.

One way of seeing all running applications is to press CTRL+ALT+DEL and look at the Task List or Task Manager. This will display the actual program names - it may be difficult to pinpoint which, if any, programs are accessing the modem. Terminating tasks are about the only way - however, if you terminate certain tasks, your system may crash or become unstable.

The telephone.ini file is missing or damaged - If the telephone.ini file is missing or damaged, you can create a new one by running Tapiini.exe - this file is in the \windows\system folder. Before you run this, rename the telephone.ini file and reboot your PC if it already exists. Then, run the tapiini.exe file. This program will run very quickly and may not appear to do anything. You can verify the program created the telephone.ini file by searching for it.

The telephone.ini file is a Microsoft Windows file that stores settings for all TAPI-enabled applications including DUNS.
