Can Someone Give Me A Science Fair Topic To Do On Going Green I

If science could stop aging, what would be the ideal age to stop the aging process?

If science could stop aging, what would be the ideal age to stop the aging process?I’m going to take a different tack on this question. TLDR: Science can’t just stop aging at some particular age. It will only allow us to grow/develop normally and then not die from age-related diseases.Aging happens on a cellular level. To “stop aging” actually means to stop cellular machinery from breaking down. Therefore, there would be no set age at which aging would stop. If science could stop aging we wouldn’t set an age and live at that age forever; we’d just live our normal lives but never get liver spots, never get brittle bones, never get cancer, never get dementia, etc. We’d never lose our “youthful energy”. We’d never grow old in the physical sense. To show you why this question doesn’t quite make sense, I’ll give you the example of Hutchinson–Gilford progeria syndrome, a genetic disease that basically causes the affected person to age rapidly and rarely live past the age of 13. These people tend to grow at a normal pace, but the cellular aging process happens so rapidly that they almost never achieve an adult stature. To “stop the aging process” doesn’t mean halting their development at 10 years old or something, it means stopping the disease. (Apologies to doctors and molecular/cellular biologists reading this, I know it is an oversimplification of a complex disease that merely imitates aging.)The point is that growth/development and aging are unrelated processes. If you stop the aging process at 14 years old it doesn’t mean that you’ll halt the progression of puberty. To “stop aging” really means to stop the aging process when a person is born. Before that even. You could perhaps stop aging from happening even in fetuses. Most people get their full, mature body at somewhere between 25 and 30 years old (this is when growth/development tends to stop and aging hasn’t taken much of a toll yet), so I’d take 27 as the answer if you really need a number.

Can u give me about science fiction thing?

I think you may have left out a word in your question, I don't know what you're asking.
Perhaps science-fiction books?
If so, try Amazon.com. Search for books tagged with "science fiction", or science fiction Listmania's.

EASY 10 POINTS!science fair topics for a 6th grader?

In my opinion, it's a little bit simplistic. You seem like a smart young person and if you're looking for a good topic maybe you should pick something a bit more challenging - especially if you want to win any awards. This question is just too easy to answer. It will only take about five to ten minutes worth of work, and the judges are going to realize that. On the other hand, if you're just doing it because it's an assignment, then this is the perfect thing to do. It will only take about five to ten minutes worth of work!

Can you gave me a science fair project idea?

How about something on your five senses and how, when missing, we can become biased.

Ex. take a glass of plain milk. If you added garlic to it (I wouldn't exactly recommend it!) and took away your sense of smell, would you know the difference? Could you "taste" the garlic without smelling it first? By the same token, if you took that glass of milk, melted some white chocolate, and mixed it into the plain milk, and still kept a clothespin on your nose, could you tell the difference between the one with garlic and the one with chocolate? Can you TASTE a difference without your sense of smell?

Again, if you used food coloring and colored plain white milk purple, would you hesitate to drink it if you didn't know what was in it? If you blindfolded someone and gave them plain white milk, and then the purple milk, could they tell the difference?

It's very interesting experimenting with your senses. You could make a set a questions and survey 10 -20 people. It could be fun drawing your conclusions...

How do you make science interesting for kids?

Science is not just a subject it is basically a way of thinking. All kids are born scientist. It is up to the adults, the supervisors, the teachers to keep that spirit of science alive in kids and not kill it.Kids are always interested in lots of stuff,They question a lot, they want to know, see, touch and feel and are continuously curious about the on goings in the world around them. All you need to do is answer those questions,no matter what it is as honestly as possible.Respect children,do not think that they are incapable of understanding something,if explained rightly to them.Just because their question does not make sense to you, does not mean that you should ignore them.Get back to them, read with them, learn with them. For ex:When a kid asks why thunder happen?Do not feed them crap about some imaginary character,or come up with some story.Instead provide them some resources and ask them to come up with the answer themselves. You must genuinely remain interested their curiosity and most importantly respect their intelligence and thought process.Science is already interesting you do not have to make it interesting. You just need to keep the spirit alive in kids. And for god’s sake never judge a kids aptitude in science by his/her’s school marks.

Can you tell me a reason to keep living?

I like to share with you a story. On 17 March 1990, Papa passed away suddenly. He had a heart attack after an enjoyable holiday. He collapsed while queuing up to stamp his passport at the Singapore Customs. At that point, our family was in shock and deeply saddened. It took us a long time to recover from the grief.Looking back today, I feel it was a beautiful way to go. No prolonged illness. No medical bills. No burden to loved ones or anyone.Papa left us with a smile on his face and an uplifted spirit from the vacation. We placed a small advertisement in the obituary column – a routine act by almost every bereaved family. It was hard to believe the response we got at the funeral wake. The HDB void deck was literally packed with people. Many rushed to the funeral to see Papa for the last time. Some had tears in their eyes and came with a message from their heart. There was a man with a swarthy face, probably in the 60s, who came very close to me.He held my hands and with glistening eyes, he shared these moving words with me, “I’m a retired policeman. I’ve met your dad for only a short period of time.“Somehow, he made a strong impression on me and brightened up my life. When I saw his photo in the newspaper, I told myself I have to come and see him off.”There were many others who shared with me how they treasured Papa’s friendship and valued the time they spent together. They came from many corners of the country and different walks of life.Papa’s funeral awakened me to an important value. One good way to measure success is the number of friends who will show up at my funeral – people who will be thankful for my life and will miss me when I am gone.I do not want to go through what Thomas Hardy called the ‘second death’ in his poem, ‘The To-Be-Forgotten.’"They bide as quite forgot; They are as men who have existed not;Theirs is a loss past loss of fitful breath; It is the second death."I thought to myself, "It is tragic if I die, no one will remember me or worst, want to remember me."We can take nothing away with us at the end of our life. However we can leave behind something of value to others. The highest value we can leave behind will be our love for our Creator and people around us.We can make sustainable contributions to these people and the environment they lived in.If we live for this noble aspiration, we would have lived a good life."Thank you Papa for the lesson."

Can you help me with science fair?

Did you run this past your teacher first?
I conducted workshops at Michaels two years ago, on science fair projects, along with a biology teacher from a local high school, and a zoology professor at the university. This does not qualify unless you have a thesis, controls, and variables. I do hope you have time to come up with those, as it would be a shame to waste the time you DO have on something that will not count.

And when you write your paper, remember to hit Spell Check, because it does matter.

Three people have given this a thumbs up, because they know it is true...and you gave it a thumbs down because you don't WANT it to be true. If your teacher has a grasp on what constitutes a science fair project, you're going to get an F on this, unless you structure it properly. I'm just trying to help you.

Also, if you are honest in presenting the information, whether or not it is a valid project, you will have to say that you used data you could not verify. The three people who answered it no doubt answered honestly, but science demands PROOF and personal observation.

Please help me with a science project?

relies upon on what grade you're in yet right it rather is a stable one.
