Can Someone Help Me Calculate My Body Fat Percentage And Bmi

I've just calculated my body fat percentage and its 16.9%, is it ok?

Your weight is ok for your height and age. 16.9% is fairly lean, the online calculators are not especially accurate. If you have well defined abs it might be close if not it is probably underestimating body fat. 14% to 24% is the healthy body fat range for a female.

Body fat percentage of 33.67% is that bad?

you can be underweight and be fat at the same time
that bodyfat is high
bmi is a load of bs just thought you should know
and just eating veggies arent good...lacking alot of calories, protein etc from doing that

edit
the one you put the navy one
thats for a guy lol not a girl
girls and guys differ
a girl who is 10-12% bf is extremly lean and on the verge of dying
a guy who is below 4% is extremly lean
good for girls is like 18-24%
guys is like 10-16%

Is this formula for body fat percentage accurate ?

The equation used to do this is (1.20 x BMI) + (0.23 x Age) - (10.8 x gender) - 5.4. If you are a male, your gender number is 1. If you are a female, your gender number is 0.

im a 19 year old guy weighing 157 , my BMI is 24.6 , and it says that my bodyfat % is 18 , is this correct ? Can someone use this and tell me if its accurate ?

Is there a way to calculate body fat percentage just by using the waist to hip ratio and body weight?

No. There is no research I'm aware of that draws even a correlation between hip ratio and body weight and body fat percentages. Particularly nothing even remotely accurate. At best you end up with huge ranges of guesses. All formulas based around Girth assessments like neck, wrist, thighs, etc... are estimations and have been known to be wildly inaccurate.Body weight and height (BMI) might give you some rough figures for instance like <18 BMI you're probably under 10% body fat if your a man and under 16% body fat if you're a female for instance. 18-25 and you're probably 10-25% for men, or 16-32% for women. There are some rough estimates based on appearance one could make too, but again nothing even remotely accurate. For instance a male with vague tone in the abdominals is probably 10-13%. A male with a visible 6 pack is probably 7-10%. Someone that is absolutely shredded is probably under 7%. If you've got a little flub but not enough to notice without a shirt on, you're probably 13-17%. If you're pretty average, little bit of a muffin top in tight pants then you're probably 18-21%. If you're borderline overweight you're 21-24% and anything over 25% in men is considered overweight.Even though I consider bioelectrical impedance largely inaccurate relative to other methods like DEXA or Body Fat Calipers, that is probably the easiest way for most people to get the most accurate rough estimate. Scientific body fat calipers usually are within +-2% of body fat, but their accuracy goes down the more fat someone has. Hydrostatic weighing, the BodPod and DEXA scans are really the only ways to know for sure. Those would be considered extremely accurate (gold standard).

What body fat percentage and BMI does your period stop?

i have honestly never heard about your period stopping cause your too skinny.. ive heard stress and pregnancy and bc can stop it but never because ur weight..… and ur 13 years old, y are u worried?? you think you might be pregnant or something?? too young to be having sex if u are.. just saying

How do you Calculate the BMI of a physically fit person?

You don't. You get your body fat analyzed instead..

The BMI system is only accurate for a select number of people. It only works for those of medium frame size that don't weight train regularly. Large framed people that weigh train will get an 'obese' result and very small framed people that are as high as 33% body fat will get a "healthy" result..
That's pretty much just a shotgun approach to assessment of weight and is nothing more then an arbitrary height and weight table.
For women, body fat ideals are between 21-24% with it still being 'acceptable' between 25% and 30% and anything 31% or above is obese..
I bought a handheld Omron 306 for home use as that's the one my gym uses. It was the top reviewed one for accuracy when I bought mine. You do have to use it at the same time in the day for consistent results, but, it comes with very detailed instructions for when to measure to get an accurate reading. The bodyfat scales though don't work worth a darn. You could also have caliper measurements done at probably a doctors office.

What is an average body fat percent for a 13 year old?

i'm talking about the average of someone who is 13 years old, not where i can figure out what mine is.
if that is more specific for thos who didn't understand. sorry about the first time. i was kind of unclear

Where can I anonymously ask someone to estimate my body fat percentage from a picture online?

You can estimate the figure yourself, on numerous web sites, or apps, or by pen and paper eg. Male:      (1.39 * BMI) + (0.16 * ageYears) - 19.34Female:  (1.39 * BMI) + (0.16 * ageYears) - 9Have a read of:Most accurate home body fat test?
