Which is the better phrase to use: "I look forward to hearing from you", or "I'm looking forward to hearing from you"?
Hi Ilona,Good question. In English, we talk about formal and informal language, depending on whom you are writing to. Formal = job application/government official/etc. They would get the “I look forward to hearing from you.”Informal = friend/relative/family. Same here. Works on one computer, but not the other and the settings are identical. I cannot believe yahoo has not addressed this issue yet. I cannot believe they do not have a technical staff to help Users. I have called all the news stations for time. Trying to blog a piece on yahoo's lack of problem solving for clients. If not fixed soon I will put on my blog the issues they have yet to address and open a survey line. I will give them a few more days first.

How can I contact Sears Headquarters with a complaint?
The heating element on the Maytag range that I purchased at Sears burned up. I have a warranty on it, but when the repairman came out he charged me $50.00 for a service call. He said I didn't have a warranty. I went over to the Sears store and got a copy of my warranty and they told me I should not have been charged. They gave me a number to call for a refund. I called and was told I shouldn't have been charged and they gave me another number to call. This has been going on for three weeks and each time I call I am given a different number. When I called today they told me they were waiting to make a decision on whether to refund my money. There is no decision to make since I wasn't suppose to pay to begin with. Were do I send a complaint so I can get this resovled and my money back? Thanks, Shirley
