If used as an answer to a question such as “How do you keep your house clean?” then “Someone helps me” is correct.If you are asking for help then “Someone [please] help me” is correct.If the latter is the case I strongly recommend that you add please so as not to appear rude.

I have no definite answer as I had the same problem as yours (maybe still having it now). But I am getting a little bit better as I started to see thing in a "marco" way. When we can see things in their whole picture, we feel safer and securer. Also, I tried, explored, learnt more new things and practiced them. As Ikeep on doing so, I am graduately able to figure out what I actually want.
