Yes someone absolutely can cast a spell on you. Whether you would know about it or not is another matter.If you are experienced in witchcraft and spell casting you may be able to recognise the signs of work being done against you. Anyone proficient in the craft however, will have a decent protection system in place, meaning the spell will be unlikely to cause any serious effect. Some even go so far as to set up shielding, meaning the magick bounces right back to source.If you aren’t a practicing witch it is harder to know if someone is casting against you, but not impossible.My first question to clients who ask me this is always, ‘what makes you suspect it?’ Normally it is because someone has verbally cursed them, or threatened to, and the person feels like everything is now going wrong and thus the curse comes to be.Everyone has bad things that happen in their lives. Everyone. It can be tempting to blame the ups and downs of everyday life on malevolent magick sent in your direction, but that isn’t always correct.So, how do you tell the difference between a run of bad luck and a bad ass curse? Much less likely (unless someone’s messing with your car!) Try to look at things objectively. Would these events have occurred anyway or is there definitely something afoot? Someone earlier mentioned dying plants. I always plant rosemary by my front door as a ‘guardian bush.’ The last curse that came my way was a long series of random catastrophes culminating in the unexplained death of my rosemary.Also, be wary of the person who threatens to, or appears to curse you. As a non wiccan, I’m quite happy to curse, but it’s not something I’d pre-warn anyone about! Most witches don’t talk about their rituals to other people. The person who announces it to you is unlikely to be a witch and is probably just messing with your head. Can someone really wish bad karma on someone?
Calm down for a minute. So maybe this man was the "real deal"...it just depends on your believes. Karma is a matter of weighing the soul for it's dept: You do bad things in life, bad things will happen [like payback], if you do good things in life, good things will happen [like a reward]. No one can control karma. However, you should also not worry about this "x" and the whole "bad karma" thing. Truth is, if you just live an honest life, and try to make the best out of the worst, no one can really mark your life with an "x". Life is what you make out of it. Bad things will happen, but if you learn from every mistake and misfortune, then you will never have to regret anything. I should note that palm readers almost predict "bad news" just so their business comes back to get another reading to make sure the "bad news" will go away. Love..!! If you search the meaning in dictionary, it simply says " A strong feeling of affection." But the real meaning hidden in it is even deeper than the deepest things one can ever imagine..and also the most beautiful thing one can ever have.. Ofcourse a real love’s true example is the love you get from your family. But if the concern is someone else how can we know a love is real or not??? Honey!!..no dictionary can give you this answer, except your "Heart". A Love is real when, * He/she is the first and last thought comes to your mind after you are awake or before you sleep. This shows the impact his love made in your life,,that you are happy. * When he/she is worried about your cold and scolds for your carelessness regarding health. * When he/she manages time for you even from a very busy schedule. * When he/she decides to focus only on studies till the exams, and stop talking to you for few days..but the very next morning its his/her message..."I miss you :-(". * When your smile makes his day, your voice once a day becomes his need and makes him feel lost when missed even for a day. * When you are sad, and pretend to be ok but he could mark it just listening to your made up chilled voice. * When he/she knows that you are not ready for a relationship or already into it with someone else,but still loves you, waits for you whether it is 1year or 9 years (yes they exist). * When he/she motivates you just to see you getting all success and fame. * When he knows that already he is friendzoned by you, but still dropping you home late at night is taken as his responsibility...that is a real love. * When he apolozises for a little touch mistakenly made by his little finger to yours finger without your permission.* When he keeps you at safe side of the road and puts himself in the vehicle side assuring your safety. * When " I love you" from your voice gives him goosebumps and an excitement to jump on the bed and dance and also the recording of it becomes his favourite audio on phone. This is real love to me. And if you ever find such love, never let him/her go. Because, " Love is the most beautiful thing to have, hardest thing to earn and most hurtful thing to lose".

yes. all it takes is will power. eat right (fruits, vegetables) stay away from junk food. exercise about 4 days a week, one hour a day. you can get exercise tapes or dvds from the library. just stick to it. make a schedule of what days your going to do it and the time, and go for it. it might be helpful to take a picture of your self that way if you feel like you see no results, you can look at the picture and see.you should start to see results within a month. good luck.
