Where can I find official zentangle patterns?

There are many zentangle patterns available. The ones that people call ‘official’ are ones that were named and have stepouts from Rick and Maria - the founders of Zentangle. You can find many of these on the Zentangle | website - look in the newsletters. Another good source is tanglepatterns.com. The ones from Zentangle will be designated as such. Not all official tangle patterns are published - some you can only learn from a Certified Zentangle Teacher during a class.If you look at blogs and websites from Certified Zentangle Teachers you will come across many additional tangle patterns. The thrill of the hunt just adds to the fun. A quick way to find these blogs is through the Zentangle blog. Look at the column on the right hand side. There are also many other talented Zentangle artists that are not Certified but I don’t have a central place to send you.There are currently about 150 official tangle patterns and well over 3000 other patterns. Nobody ‘owns’ any of these tangles and many are inspired by patterns that go way back in history.

Can someone please explain to me what Psalm 24 is about?

Psalm 24 is labeled "a Psalm of David".  That is either by David or concerning David.  In either case it concerns Royal things and the Royal covenant (i.e. a throne forever).The first couple of verses or the first stanza (psalms were sung) simply state the fact that the entire world is God's.  It establishes that God is something other.Verses Three and Four then state a problem from that otherness of God.  Who among men can stand in the place of God?  Especially in the ancient world a good Royal question, because that was often the King.  And the Psalm supplies that answer - the upright one, clean hands, pure hearts dedicated to truth.  This is of course a problem with David and all human kings.   So just as the first two give us the problem of the otherness of God, now we have the problem of how even the highest of man fall short.  The first two stanza capture our primary problem of sinful humans and a holy God.Verse five and six start to answer these problems.  There is one who will receive these blessings and the righteousness of the Lord.  And those who seek after this one will be like him.  This is the introduction of the promise that we should all be looking for the fulfillment of. One, a messiah, will come.Verse seven through ten then give the complete answer.  Who will this King of Glory, the one who receives the blessing and righteousness, be?  It will be the Lord himself.  And what is the proper response when what you have been seeking arrives?  Lift up your gates and let him in.So when Jesus comes to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday what is the proper response?  And when he questions the Pharisees, "If David calls him Lord, how is he his son," this is part of the background.  The messiah is a son of David, but not just any normal human.  To bridge that divide of otherness, the King of Glory must also be the Lord.

How can you be equipped to handle an emergency situation with no first aid supplies?

James Pearson gave a very good answer. I would posit that the best first aid tool you can possibly have with you is that thing balancing on your shoulders. What would be important is to learn how to signal to rescuers. Since transport to an appropriate facility is the only thing that’s really going to help, it’s relevant. In every day conditions, a flashlight flashed towards and away, cell phone screen flashed towards and away, or simple hand-waving is usually adequate if they’re having difficulty locating you. Another thing you could do is learn how to whistle really, really loud using only your fingers. Anyone can do it, it just takes a lot of practice (took me a month of regular practice to get it down).There’s lots you can do with your bare hands. You can learn to check pulses, learn to assess people for injuries, learn how to lift or drag people to remove them from IMMEDIATELY life-threatening situations (otherwise, don’t move them). My personal favorite drag technique is to get behind their supported torso, reach under their arms with yours, and grab the wrists of the opposing hands (their left wrist with your right hand), draw their mass in close, stand up lifting with your knees, and go. It’s not as fast as, say, the fireman carry, but it’s a lot friendlier to both rescuer and rescued. Of everyrthing you can do with bare hands, though, CPR is most important.Knowing how to talk to people in stressful times is astonishingly important. It can help keep them calm, you calm, and the whole situation from spinning out of control. When you call 911 dispatch, they’ll want five pieces of information, so you can have those mentally prepared. Those would be your name, your number, your location, what the problem is (keep it simple), and don’t hang up.

Can someone grow out of autism?

Put simply?NO. Autism affects the synapses of the brain, and is therefore permanent. The associated behaviors, behavioral conditions, AND symptoms can be MANAGED. One can cope with situations as the situation dictates and as they have been taught (hopefully with proper therapy, one thing many autistic adults like myself have not been fortunate to receive but my autistic son has). Furthermore, many autistics have a second neurological disability along with their autism (such as epilepsy, cerebral palsy, chronic migraines, neuropathy, or sleeping disorders; I suffer from four of the above plus back/neck injuries and chronic pain associated with CP).Let's also be clear. Autism is a disability because it can impact one's ability to function adequately in doing day-to-day activities neccessary for living (and yes, that includes socializing because even if you work from home or for yourself, you still need to be able to talk to unfamiliar people or go to unfamiliar places to get supplies; I'm SO tired of the “autism isn't a disability; it's just an excuse or mental illness/retardation” argument, so I'm nipping this one in the bud).Now, go and ask an autistic who is over 60 if they can “grow out of it”. I'm 36. I'll be this way for the rest of my life. Neurological conditions (neurological meaning affecting the nervous system or conditions of the brain, just to be clear; I'm being condescending for a reason…..it is because this question REALLY rubbed me the wrong way) DON'T GO AWAY. Yes, there are some surgeries known to assist with stopping seizures that are VERY dangerous, and even surgeries to assist with CP….but they are NOT cure-alls. They are dangerous, and the side effects can be more hazardous than what they are meant to stop or help. I wouldn't put my trust in it. There is no such thing for autism, to my knowledge. My son gets the best of care; if there was such a thing, he'd probably be on a list (much to my chagrin).YOU DON'T OUTGROW AUTISM. YOU MANAGE IT, AND COPE WITH IT.

Is it possible for someone to cast a spell on us?

Befor answering this question we all must be a ware about people trying here to mislead and decieve the viewers with unreal stories to make market for unknown names in the field of spirituality,to be more clear thier no such thing called spells caster,it is anew profession precticed by false and fraudulents who misuse the ignorance of the people,they let you bilieve that they put spell on your lover to bring him back(or what ever) but actualy thier is no such thing exsisted thies days,if some one claim such claims either he is deciever or he is imagining thingsPutting spells on people with magic words was never true or real it is just fairytails stories for kids befor they sleep and you can see it in tom and jerry but it was never exsisted in this way thats whay the spell caster work is not real because thier is nothing to cast.I dont say thier is no black magic or bad magic but this is some thing els compleatly and it is very rare to find thies days in america or the west one real high trained seccussful black magician ,so dont worry no one can put any spell on you

hey guys...i have to tell the world about this; after being in relationship with myh husband for seven years,he broke up with me, I did everything possible to bring him back but all was in vain, I wanted him back so much because of the love I have for him, I begged him with everything, I made promises but he refused.
