Can Someone Tell Me A Realy Healthy Balanced Breakfast

Is chocolate cake a good healthy breakfast?

Dad is great. Gives us chocolate cake

What are some simple, balanced breakfast & snack ideas?

I am not the biggest egg fan but if you have a good idea still feel free to let me know. I'm trying to gain weight so please no weight loss meals. By balanced, i mean a portion of meat/alt, grains, & fruits/vegetables, etc.
Would like something as simple as possible. I've been eating cereal & banana or peanut butter banana sandwiches for breakfast for weeks so kind getting tired of it. Links or suggestions? Thanks

How can I maintain a balanced, healthy diet?

1. To keep a healthy, balanced diet, you should eat a variety of foods. Try shopping at places like Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, or any other natural grocer in your area. These places are usually a bit more expensive, but they offer high-quality, organic foods that are a lot better for you than foods at a regular market. Eating less saturated fats is a great thing to do, as well as keeping really sugary foods to a minimum. It's fine to have desert or a sweet snack, though, so don't obsess over that.

2. I don't think that wellness is at all impossible for someone with a medical problem! It is true that some people can't exercise due to a medical condition and that some people can't be 100% mentally healthy, but they can live their lives to the fullest and be as healthy as possible.

3. The way I manage stress is through dance. Dance is my love and passion, and it reduces sooo much stress in my life because I always have something to look forward to, and physical activity is a great way to relieve stress. Anything that I'm feeling that day, I can put it into my dancing and just kind of...get rid of it! My problems always seem smaller after a good class. I'd recommend that everyone try to find something they love doing, whether it be drawing or painting, sports, gardening, etc. I also try to manage my time well and not freak out too much if I can't get all my homework done before I have to go to sleep or anything else along that line.

I wish you health and happiness for the rest of your days!

Oatmeal for breakfast good for body building?

Oatmeal is an amazing food.

As for protein, they have 5grams in 1/2 cup. (You need at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight). As a reference point, a glass of whole milk contains 8 grams, a slice of whole grain bread contains about 5-6 grams.

Oatmeal doesn't really need anything added to be more healthy. Consider adding 1 scoop of whey protein if you so choose for protein. I like to add in 2 tbsp of ground flax seed. Doesn't have protein but it's a great source of many vitamins and fiber.

EDIT:
Use whole milk in your oatmeal, DUH! *slaps self in forehead*

EDIT 2: Buy old fashioned Quaker oatmeal in the cylinder. Looks like this: http://images-cdn01.associatedcontent.co...

What should I eat in breakfast except fruits which will not make me fat?

*EAT A BIG, BALANCED BREAKFAST*An a.m. meal made up mostly of carbs and protein with some fat keeps blood-sugar levels steady and hunger pangs away so you're not susceptible to pigging out come lunch, studies show. Opt for something satisfying for your stomach and taste buds — like egg whites and turkey bacon with whole-wheat toast.Remember: You’re Are What You Eat!!Body functions properly if it’s in a proper regime of being healthy and active. Eating good & right food at right time along with any form of physical workout contributes to healthy metabolic rate.Metabolism defines the rate at which your body burns foods and aids digestion. Slower it is, obese you get. Once there is a weight increase, you tend to get affected by problems like Thyroid, Blood Sugar etc. Read more about Metabolism on my blog.Since our childhood we are told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you should always eat it like a king. Holding to be true, Breakfast actually is the first meal you have after night long fasting and is vital as it boosts up your metabolism to prepare you for the day. What is important? Eating breakfast alone would not really help. You can't have a slice of a bread along with a coffee in the name of cutting your calories, this invades the body's mental and physical health for the day and you end up slowing the body's metabolism instead.>>> Read about TOP HEALTHY BREAKFAST OPTIONS WHICH BOOST YOUR METABOLISM WHICH RESULTS IN WEIGHT LOSS <<

Can someone help me define a 1500 calorie indian diet (with no difficult to get food items) for weight loss?

I have lost 4.8 kgs in a month. I was 64.8 Kgs a month back and now I am 60 Kgs after strictly following the diet (recommended by dietitian) which I am going to tell you. I have been diagnosed with a kidney ailment and doctor has recommended me to be on high fibre diet. Along with this diet, you can do 30 mins of brisk walk 6 days a walk, which is more than sufficient. It is well balanced diet, watches your hunger pangs by keeping you full as it contains lot of protein and fibre, which is most important to loose weight. So the diet goes like this :Morning : Tea made with skim milkBreakfast 8–8:30 am :Vegetable Oats (Quaker) / Cornflakes without Sugar + 3–4 spoons of sprouts10:30 am - 11 am : 100 g of any fruit except Banana / Grapes1–1:30 pm Lunch : Half cup Curd + Half cup Salad + Half Cup Cooked vegetable (except Potato) + Half Cup of Protein (protein source can be searched online based on your veg/non-veg preferences - I, being eggetarian take egg white, boiled chickpeas, black grams, kidney beans, paneer, corn etc) + Half cup Rice or 1 Chapati4:30 - 5 pm : Evening tea with 2 biscuits marigold7:30–8pm : Same as lunch except rice or chapatiOn Sundays, you need not be so strict with your meals. You can have some extra carbohydrates - brown bread , Roti etc. Even if you go out, prefer healthier meals - like take multigrain bread intead of white, op for subway salad, thai veg curry etcCut back on carbs : Sugars in food stimulate secretion of insulin which is main fat storage hormone in the body.Protein rich & high fibre diet boosts your metabolisma and keeps you full to longer time.Always keep black grams to munch whenever you have hunger pangs. There should be minimum 2–3 hours gap between your dinner and time you go to sleep. You will feel more energetic and confident once you take up this routine. All the best :)

What is a good breakfast that gives energy to go walking?

I would keep it pretty light depending on how close to breakfast you would go for a walk. If you eat too much more blood is needed for digestion that can be taken away from working muscles that may cause cramping. Fruit can work in this situation such as a banana or apple and even a handful of nuts. You just don’t need a big portion. You’d be ok to go for a walk on an empty stomach as you won’t be going at a high intensity. Start the day with some water and even a bit of coffee if you want but make sure to have breakfast within 20–30 minutes of getting back.
