If you are using MS Word 2007/2010, you could directly save as PDF file format. But pls note you need to download a addon to do this job if it is MS Word 2007. Here is addon downloading address:http://www.microsoft.com/downloa...2. Use the free online PDF converter service, for exapmle, Zamzar(http://www.zamzar.com/) or PDF24(http://en.pdf24.org/), by using such service, what you need to do is simply upload the file and click convert, and then download the converted files immediately or via Email.3. Use the desktop PDF converter tools, such as Nitro PDF(http://www.nitropdf.com/) or Nemo PDF(http://www.nemopdf.com), these desktop tools always have powerful converting features available, such as batch conversion, partial conversion, pdf merge, pdf split and so on. And they always cost some money. But they always offer the trial version, people could kindly try them and decide whether to buy or not.4. Adobe Acrobat(https://www.acrobat.com/welcome/...), the reason why I put it at last is that the tool is so expensive and professional that not so suitable for common people. But anyway, it is really a powerful one that is introduced by the famous company Adobe Inc.

My keyboard is typing symbols instead of numbers.?

Shift lock is enabled on your computer. This is because:
- Your keyboard's shift keys maybe stuck
- You may have activated 'Sticky Keys' by mistake. Sticky keys is an accessibility feature of Windows that allows physically challenged users to use computers comfortably. Sticky keys are activated if you keep the Shift key pressed for 5 second. You can change the Accessibility options in Start ->Programs ->Accessories ->Accessibility
