Can Someone Tell Me What This Part Is Called Pic

Is there an app where I can take a picture of something and then it tells me what it is?

Identifying objects or even individuals with relevant details from pictures taken through normal smartphone cameras is possible today due to recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI), the next big thing in technology. AI has not yet been completely democratized as it is not readily available for reasons like cost of components, computing and return on investment issues. But these days computing is becoming cheaper, research-and-development on AI is increasing, and all these factors have made AI, Computer Vision (CV) and Machine-Learning (ML) available at a more economically-viable cost. Many innovative start-ups have developed Apps and Softwares that can identify objects from pictures taken on smartphones/webcams etc. using the latest advancements in the field of Computer Vision.Few of such promising Start-ups working on Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence are listed below :Mashgin- The Startup is building a Retail checkout kiosk using computer vision. The kiosk can identify multiple items simultaneously, in any orientation and generate the invoice after a single scan.AIndra - Aindra is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Start-up creating Computer-Vision (CV) and Machine-Learning (ML) based products. Aindra's AI, CV & ML powered platform enables Insurance, FinTech and Logistics companies to leverage visual analytics on their existing images/videos collected from real-life scenarios for automated risk-profiling, damage-estimation etc of insurable assets. Aindra's Identity-and-Fraud-Management solution is a platform robust enough to process Facial images captured by any low-cost photo-capturing device like smartphone, IP-camera etc..Oriense - Builds special device driven by Computer Vision(CV) and Machine Learning(ML) for blind and visually impaired, that solves three major problems : Obstacle avoidance, Geo-navigation and Image Recognition.Blue River Technology - Agricultural application of Weed recognition using Computer Vision(CV) in an agriculture field and subsequent elimination by hot Organic oil automatically.PS: These startups have come up with novel solutions for use-cases that have a high growth potential in the market. For more on Artificial Intelligence(AI), Computer Vision(CV) and Machine Learning(ML) , check out Aindra Systems Blog.

Can anyone tell me what that metal piece is called, or a link to where I can buy it?

Someone sent me this picture, can you please tell if it's original or a duplicate?

You can do Google searches for images. If you choose Images from the Google search page or go here: Google Images, you will see a camera icon. Either click on that and choose Upload Image or simply drag the image there and if there are other copies on the internet, Google will find them. (Don’t ask me how it does this, I find it completely amazing, because it can’t be by matching the content of the pixels, since it will find images of different resolutions, colour casts and even significantly cropped or expanded versions. Google is probably using aliens with highly advanced technology at a secret site, otherwise it seems impossible.)(If your operating system/computer and/or web browser is too old, you might not be able to do this.)I did the search with your image (after dragging it off to my desktop) and it so happens in this case that there are many web pages where that image appears, so it is very likely that whoever sent you the photo did not take it themselves but found it on the internet.

If someone takes a cellphone picture of me without my consent, how can I make sure that they've deleted it?

This may come as a surprise, but you have no control over what they do with that photo in most situations. This is true in pretty much all of Europe, Asia and the Americas. There are some limits, fortunately. If they took the photo where you have an expectation of privacy, like while using the toilet, they may be running afoul of local laws (e.g. US state laws often cover this; also illegal in UK and Japan, and surely other places). Same for spy photos of intimate situations in a bedroom, if you know what I mean. Shooting these and then sexting it is illegal in most states in the US.Also, laws in most countries prevent them from using your likeness for promoting a business or product without your permission. This is called the Personality Rights (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Per...). Again, this exists in one form or another internationally.Further, you could have forbidden photography while on your premises. Many dance clubs and other venues post signs forbidding photography, for example. Or you may have told the person verbally. Either way, this makes "no photography" a condition for entry and violating this means that the person is now trespassing. Your house, your rules. But unless they agree to delete the photo(s) as a condition for remaining on the premises, all you can do is kick them out; maybe with the help of the police. You have no rights to force any photographer to delete a photo. Ever. When you are in a public place and people can see you, you have no rights to tell them not to look. Same with photography; you can't compel them to not shoot photos. You can cover yourself up, which solves both I guess, but that is your choice, you can't dictate how others act in public.

What are these shoes called? pic included?

Well, after looking at the shoes, i quickly assumed old bowling shoes. So i went to google under images and searched old bowling shoes. I wanted to match the patterns best i could. I did see a couple of patterns with the same designe as the shoes in your picture. And found alot of similarities. http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_L7eoLkPA8Ws/TPYE8z3RZOI/AAAAAAAAAbY/YA8P1ud0LqE/s1600/P1010011.JPG&imgrefurl=http://downtoearthvintageretro.blogspot.com/2010/11/at-market-old-shoes-new-shoes.html&usg=__NO-BkYwdpmaHZVj8NtQhxKNH6HQ=&h=1424&w=1117&sz=354&hl=en&start=151&sig2=_QK-ZX0Cz5_AfEOJTAOc1g&zoom=1&tbnid=P55tcwMbPUttvM:&tbnh=112&tbnw=100&ei=uf-tTdC2CoqCsQP1vdCSAw&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dold%2Bbowling%2Bshoes%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN%26biw%3D985%26bih%3D544%26tbm%3Disch&um=1&itbs=1&iact=rc&dur=296&oei=ev-tTdSFA4TVgAea74CTDQ&page=11&ndsp=17&ved=1t:429,r:13,s:151&tx=67&ty=21 So i would say they are indeed old bowling shoes.

If someone takes picture of me without my consent, what should I do?

Tell them they’re creepy and ask them to treat others with basic respect. Human beings have souls and feelings. We matter. We aren’t just props for people to take photos of to send to their loser friends.I’m so sick of how common it is for people to take photos of others without their consent. You wouldn’t walk up to a stranger and take a deep, loud sniff of their hair and start to moan or some other creepy, legal thing. Why do so many people think taking photos without consent should be allowed when it is a photo OF the person instead of a photo in which the person just happens to exist? (A photo of a person’s tits vs. a person who happens to be in your photo of the Eiffel Tower.)I was waiting for the train today and caught a woman taking a photo of a person without his consent. I confronted her about it and she just told me to “mind my own business” and started to insult me. Ironic, right? She wasn’t minding her own business by photographing someone without his consent. (She was really ugly and was wearing dark sunglasses in a dark train station so maybe she was just bitter and hung over? lol Some people should be forced to take remedial courses in manners lol.)I’m so tired of people going “it’s legal, so it’s okay!” Lots of bad things are legal, but that doesn’t make them acceptable or normal. Think of all the big pharma companies that make their life-saving medications so expensive that people are literally dying because they cannot afford their meds. Is that legal? Unfortunately, yes. Is it ethical? Heck no!

How do I know on Instagram if someone unliked my post?

Instagram doesn’t show you easily who unliked your post, however, you can make use of the application called Followers+ by Tappple. The app can tell who left you and when. What’s more, it can also reveal who didn’t follow you back.Apart from that, the application can tell how well your latest post did comparing to the rest of your posts (regarding likes, percentage) or for example whether your last 7 posts got rising or falling engagement.Plus, it will help you to check which part of a day is the best for your posts when it comes to engagement.
