Can Somone Tell Me Who This Soccer Player Is

How old is too late to try and become a professional football (soccer) player?

Of course, I know nothing about your skill level. I will assume that if you were a prodigy you would not be asking this question. If you are blowing the doors off your U16 team, your academy is quality, and someone at the academy has said “You are something special”, then you might have a chance.Remember there is a large number of kids at 16–18 who are playing for EPL sides in the League Cup as well has token appearances in other competitions. There are more gifted types in the lower leagues as well. Also, there are kids at the age of six who have been marked for consideration, etc.Really, the 13 year old mark is a sweet spot. If you are not in an academy by then and playing very well, you need to be one of those “once in a million” late bloomers. There is a possibility of playing in lower leagues, but they are either not professional or pay wages equivalent to the dole.I do not want to discourage you, but you might want to just play for serious non-pro teams and see how things go. Keep your expectations realistic.YNWA

I want to be a soccer player but my parents are telling me to do engineering what shoould I do?

First, its football not soccer.Second, its not an exclusive field, nobody ever said that you can never be a footballer if you become or start studying Engineering.I first kicked the ball when I was mid-way in my Engineering, by the time I completed- I wouldn't say I was good, but for someone who started the game only 2 years I was decent enough to play in my college league (no big deal though). Assuming, by your passion, that you are already good, your education will not be a burden if you stick to it, your University will give you chances, its up to you how you take it. Because if you really that good a couple of years in University competition you can decide which direction you need your life to go, try local clubs, keep playing don't let your education get in your way in terms of your passion, and don't let football a problem for your future, try becoming a graduate. And, let your game do the talking, find chances to exhibit. Good luck! I hope to hear your name as a footballer a few years from now.

Soccer Players, maybe Someone who can tell me a metaphor for soccer? need Help!?

Alternate name: The Beautiful Game, Football, Footy.
A soccer verb: uhh, pass? Punt? Juggle?
A soccer metaphor: His/her penalty kick was a bullet.

@Gazza do you even know what a metaphor is? Lol

A good metaphor for soccer player?

I would say..........Orchestra. There are different instrument playing different important role in the game (offense, Defense, Midfield and each individual players has styles). They make the rhythm, passion, energy, drama.....and referee is the conductor.

People say I look like a soccer player?

I don't play soccer. I play it during PE or when my friends are playing it, but I didn't even know the positions of soccer until a couple years ago. But basically, when people just see me playing around with the ball or dribbling, they ask me if I'm a soccer player because I look like one and "play" like one. And couple of my friends who play soccer tell me that I handle the ball like one, and if I did join soccer, I'd be good which is weird because I've got barely any control of my feet.

I moved to a new school, and people asked me if I played any sports. Jokingly, I told them soccer, and all of em' were like "yeah, you look like one" & when I told them I was kidding, they were actually pretty surprised.

So is this a sign from God that I should start playing soccer? What would you do if people said this to you?

How to achieve a body like a pro soccer player?

Personally I have played Soccer all my life and have a physique similar to Cristiano Ronaldos. But Im going to tell you now. It did not come easily. It took hard work and more importantly consistancy.

You cant expect to work out once a week and become jacked like Cristiano.

*If you want to become ripped you will also have to follow a good diet. Eat 5 meals a day. Each full of protein, lots of fruits and vegetables, and some grain products (High in fiber).

*If you have access to a gym I would recommend you do Full Body Exercises (Squats, Bench Press, Clean and Jerks, and Deadlifts) rather than doing sensless bicep curls.
