Can the Police track deleted messages from a released number on TextNow app?

Okay. So, first off I'd like to say do not critique me on how dumb this has all been. I have a friend ( call him friend A ) who is legally not allowed to be texting/messaging anyone or have their electronics until his court date so that he can't talk to anyone who has testified against him. He is allowed to talk in person to people who don't go to his school. A different friend of mine who is also friend A's friend downloaded TextNow and began messaging a person who framed friend A for doing the felony he is being charged with. Texts were exchanged and my other friend texted the person who framed friend A off TextNow using separate numbers at least six times. Different periods of time, though. (All he said in the texts was "why did you frame friend A?" During their final conversation ever, the person accused my friend of being Friend A illegally messaging him. If she goes to the SRO officer at our school and says she thinks that she's being messaged through a texting app by the person who is legally not suppose to be texting, will the SRO officer be able to trace where the messages came from? Will she or the court system be able to see what was said over the texts? Please help. Educated answers are wanted, not silly made up things. This is serious. Thank you all for your help!

Can you track who owns a TextNow number?

Anybody who would come to that conclusion, that is, that those who experience disaster are being punished, are betraying an ignorance about what the Bible teaches about the character of God.We humans tend to view longevity or material possessions or good health as blessings and therefore poverty or illness or a shortened life as tragic. But what if what really matters in this life is the lessons we learn through our suffering? This life is mercifully short and packed with experiences that will translate into the next life..or not, depending on what we do with them.the Bible says that God is not willing that any should perish but that all would come to repentance. The most wicked King of the kingdom of Judah was Manasseh. He reigned for 55 years, more than any other king and yet he shed innocent blood during most of his reign. His grandson, Josiah, only reigned 31 years, though he was one of the top 5 Kings of Judah, in righteousness comparable to King David. What was Josiah's sin that he be so punished? Only God knows the answer to this question, but I do find it interesting that Manasseh had a change of heart at the end of his life and enacted a series of reforms before he died.Had he been properly judged for all of his misdeeds, that moment of repentance would not have happened and he would have died in his sins. Why was John the Baptist beheaded, as well as James, but Peter was spared? I'm sure God had his purposes. The disciples once asked Jesus, who sinned, this blind man or his parents? Jesus told them, neither the blind man or his parents sinned but he was left that way for that very moment so that when Jesus healed him it would bring glory to God.Luke 13 Now there were some present at that time who told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices. 2 Jesus answered, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way? 3 I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish. 4 Or those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them—do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? 5 I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish.

Can the police track a pinger number?

I prank called my teacher a lot on my ipod touch under a pinger number on the text free app. She said she called the police last night. I am really scared. What information can the police find? What do you suggest I do other than telling the teacher it was me? Also, the pinger username has my name in it.
