Can a very very high vititam B 12 cause any health problems?

An overdose of a vitamin like B-12 is extremely rare. Our bodies can only absorb so much vitamins at a particular time. Any vitamins that it can't absorb are disposed of through urination. You shouldn't worry about this unless you are taking a lot of pills.

Does VR glasses cause any health problems?

VR devices are related to chemical balance in your mind,so if you feel uncomfortable to wear and view in it that will lead to strong headache. believe me ! its very strong headache.Sometime you cant feel comfortable for hours and sometimes it took nearby half an hour to feel OK.However try not to wear HMD VR devices more that 45 mins as its causes a strong gravitational unsuitability in your mind . and you wont feel your self in ground (its like drunk monkey after a long usage).I am glad to share my opinion that has happen while Using VR Specifically OCULUS VR.

Can taking too much vitamin B12 cause any health problems?

The only adverse effect of high dosages of this vitamin, (when taken along with B6), is a two- to four-times increased risk of lung cancer, particularly among men who smoke. This was seen in a study from the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center published in 2017. The cancer risk was linked to taking the two supplements for 10 years. (Women in the study who took high doses of these vitamins were not similarly affected.) However, because the study was observational, it showed only an association between long-term use of the two vitamins and lung cancer, not proof that taking them caused the disease.Only a small percentage of oral B12 supplements is absorbed. For this reason, the U.S. Food and Nutrition Board has not set an upper limit on B12 intake.I would be more concerned about B12 deficiency. Symptoms include fatigue, memory loss, balance problems, constipation and depression. The older you are, the less well you absorb B12 from foods, in part because decreased stomach acid, common in those over the age of 50, hinders separation of the vitamin from protein in meat and other animal products. Long-term use of over-the-counter or prescription drugs that suppress stomach acid (proton-pump inhibitors [PPIs] and H2 blockers [H2Ras]) can also cause B12 deficiency by interfering with its absorption.Because B12 deficiency is so common as we get older,I recommend that everyone over age 50 (and vegans of any age) take 50 mcg of B12 as part of a B-complex that contains a full spectrum of B vitamins, including biotin, thiamin, riboflavin and niacin. B12 in the form of a sub-lingual spray is often better absorbed.Incidentally, in the absence of a documented deficiency, I don’t recommend B12 shots as an occasional tonic or pick-me-up. People who get them often report immediate feelings of warmth, energy and a general glow of health. The effects tend to be short-lived and are most prominent with the first injection, suggestive of a placebo response.St. Oliver

Can a dead animal smell cause any health problem?

There's a small possiblity of the spread of Hantaviruses, which you can contract through breathing in Hantavirus particles in the air. The viruses are harboured in improperly cleaned up mouse and rat droppings and nests, and dead mice and rats that are missed and not removed. Most Hantiviruses aren't serious, but Hantivirus Pulmonary Syndrome, one variant, can be very serious.

You need to make sure your ventilation system/areas behind the vents or where dropping were found is thoroughly cleaned out with bleach or disinfectant to kill the possible virus, and then rodent-proof any outdoor vents and access points so that there are no entry areas for any future pests to get in.

Is modern day welding safe and can it cause any health problems?

It is only as safe as you allow it to be. It is up to you to protect yourself. Don't rely on your employer to protect you (yes they should but some don't). There are many safety "gadgets" out there for your protection. You can get hoods that you don't have to raise and it supplies fresh air for really hazardous conditions (expensive$$). It is only as dangerous as you allow it to be you have to protect you no one else will. You have to know what you are welding/cutting on and it's dangers before hand so that you can acquire the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) for it, don't take anyone's word for it that it's safe to weld on.

Does eating too much paper cause serious health problems?

Does regular masturbate cause any health problems?

Your body cannot tell the difference between masturbation and intercourse : it reacts the same way to both. Only your brain knows the difference...

So... do you think regular intercourse (with same partner...) will cause any health problems ? Of course not ! Same for masturbation.

If one wants to be overly complete, one could say that masturbation could cause irritation to the shaft, but this could happen with any sexual merrymaking... and a sign that lubricants are to be used !

On the other hand (so to speak), it has been shown in some studies that regular masturbation diminishes the risk of prostate cancer over a lifetime. So regular masturbation is more positive than negative !
