Yes only some have pages but since people use different types of devices, fonts etc they usually do not. You can download the free Overdrive app from its website. It tells you how many pages per chapter and counts that way and then you can do what percent of the book you have read, and of course bookmark pages etc. The app itself has its own ereader within it. You can download epub or kindle format books onto it. Also I check out all my books free through my public library. All you need is your local library card and you can sign up free now or your library can help you. You can also check out audio books. Hack into their personal google account and log in to their google analytics dashboard and look at the site visits for that page.But on a serious note, you could just ask under the guise of an interested computer science student. They'll probably just tell you and give you even more information than you sought. This would be social engineering, which is always much easier and less illegal than actual hacking :)
