What rank do West Point graduates come out as?
If commissioned in the US Army upon West Point graduation, your rank will be Second Lieutenant, pay grade O-1. If commissioned in another US Service (fairly rare), your pay grade will also be O-1: Second Lieutenant rank in the US Marine Corps and US Air Force, and Ensign in the Coast Guard and in whatever that other sea-going Service is. (OK, the US Navy.)

Like "abc123" mentioned, there is a chance for a USMA Graduate to get into the Navy through Interservice Transfer Program, get a slot to go to BUD/S, then complete BUD/S and become a NSW Officer (aka SEAL Officer). However, I think that person has a better chance of finding the leprechaun, beat the $hit out of him, and steal the pot of gold that is buried at the end of rainbow.
