Can You Change A Memo On A Journal Entry That Was Maybe In The Previous Fiscal Year But Not The

Is it easy for Americans to learn Japanese in only a year?

People who want to learn or do something always want to do it in a certain period of time otherwise they don’t consider it interesting anymore. ‘I want to lose 20 lbs but it should be possible in 3 months’, ‘I want to speak 4 languages by the end of next year’, … etc.Things take timeThings do take time. I’m a polyglot myself and to a certain degree I speak Dutch, French, English, German, Italian & Polish. I can tell you I took me several years to plough through their syntax and B2-vocabulary (+/- 8.000 words au minimum).Your brain needs time to adaptTo take the analogy again with the weight losing, your body needs time to adjust itself. As a metabolism doesn’t change in a second, so does your memory also not switch from passive to active. Studying requires discipline, perseverance but most certainly time. If you are not willing to offer these time, it’s better not to waste it and just don’t start.Take it or leave itIt’s easy to be paternalistic, but giving advice is also important. If you want to study Japanese as a typical monolingual American, you are going to have a hard time. Japanese is foreign, very foreign: no mutual vocabulary base, no grammar similarity, no mutual writing,… etc. If you want to study Japanese start with the script, go then through an A1 coursebook by Teach Yourself, Colloquial, RosettaStone, .. etc. Then from the moment you start to understand the language sentence structures and feel confortable with speaking easy phrases, go through to entire grammar. Every tiny particle of grammar should be in your head and in the final stage you can start talking with foreigners. Some people will tell differently, others will tell I’m completely wrong, but this is the language strategy that works for most people. With this strategy you should have some success in 4 to 6 years.Good luck!

South Korea enemies and allies?

South Korea is a democracy. So naturally many the U.S., Australia, and other free nations have a alliance with them. Their enemies would be communist countries, maybe China. Though I know that Korea tries to be civil with many countries especially North Korea because they are all the same ethnicy and the regonize they are all Koreans.

How does the profit sharing work among partners in a Pvt Ltd company?

Let me answer that point wise1. You're not keeping much here for company expansion and future strategy plans, advertising/marketing budget, etc. This may not be feasible long term, and short term you'll only see very small numbers. I suggest instead of that you take a salary once there is reasonable profit which is also easier during filing, etc. 2. You cannot. Any money you give your company is a loan, and requires some basic paperwork. You can't take 5L out, put 3L back, take out 2L again, etc - it muddies the balance sheet and will cause you auditing troubles. There are ways around it, but those are indicative of money laundering so you again your auditor will be quite annoyed when it comes to proper filing. 3. You should sign a Memorandum of Understanding and ensure that he's clear on his role and responsibilities. Penalty clauses must be there. If he's not performing, you want that money back! And the shares. Talk to a good lawyer and make it air tight. 4. If he needs money, you can give him or if you need money he can give you. Avoid taking cash out of the company account unless it can be written off as a reasonable expense. You can pay salary in a fragmented manner (eg. salary of 5L/mo can be paid as 4 lacs in one month and 6 lacs in next month) 5. If you do the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) bit you can kick him out.

What's wrong with my husbands resume!?

I think it is WAY better than my resume with a BS in psychology and I still haven't had a problem finding a job so far. but I live in a major city in Oregon so I guess it depends where you live. I think that he should remove the "interests and activities" part. Also, under his schooling, there's way too many classes listed. I mean poetry and shakespeare is nice, but you're rarely going to need that on a job unless he's an english teacher. I would say focus on helpful classes and specific classes "Motivational Psychology" for example. There's too much stuff listed and it gets overwhelming.

I also think he has too many jobs listed. I would focus on maybe the 3-4 most important ones that relate to the field he is applying for. Then, if they ask him for his ENTIRE employment history, then he can continuing listing the others ones, even ones that are not applicable.

Good luck! and chin up, Florida must be so much nicer than Oregon to live in!
