Can You Delete A Purchase Off Of Your Credit/debit Card Bill Statement/summary

Can you delete a purchase off of your credit/debit card bill statement/summary?

I recently ordered my husband arrangements for his birthday at edible arrangements and a floral shop and it was pretty pricey. I just don't want him to get mad at me for using that type of money like that on him. So I was just wondering if theres any way I can make the shop and pricing show up onto the bill when he checks it?

What happens if we pay the credit card bill before it billed?

As long as you are making payment before the due date it wont have a negative impact on your score. Its good that you are making the payment as and when you use it. It also helps you to get the complete credit limit to use for the next purchase. You won't get extra points on your credit score for being an early bird, though. The issuer sends data about accounts to the credit bureaus on their schedule, not yours. Still, it's not a bad habit to get into. In fact, it's a wonderful one. Another benefit of advance payments is they ensure that you never charge more than you can repay in full. Plus, you'll be keeping your credit utilization ratio near zero, which is the second weightiest scoring factor. Credit utilization is the amount you owe in relation to the amount you can borrow. Owing less than 30 percent of your card's total credit limit is recommended for scoring purposes, but zero is ideal for overall financial health. Keeping constant track of all charges and then paying them off right away is a guaranteed win-win.Other factors that affect your Credit scores are length of credit (the longer you've successfully managed credit the better), the types of different loans you've managed (such as credit cards, student loans or a car loan or mortgage) and applications for new loans and credit lines (go easy on them!).But remember, as long as you're getting your payments in on time and in full, no matter how you do so, you'll excel at this real life card game. Porn site billing statements?

It won't say the porn site name. It'll say CCBill. If she contacts CCBill she will be able to find out.

I heard that med bills can't be counted towards credit scores. Is that true? What do I do about this mess?

Medical accounts do report but they "must" be coded in such a way that they are "only" reported as medical accounts.

Medical debts can be handled much differently than other types of accounts (credit cards, loans, etc)

Generally an original creditor does not "have" to provide a thing when a person requests information. Except for medical providers, they must send you a full accounting of your accounts if requested.

You should send a letter to the medical provider and request a full accounting. Send your letter certified mail return receipt.

You do have rights under HIPAA in having the account pulled back from the collectors but there are conditions to that.

One of those conditions would be that you have the right to contact the orginal medical provider and inform them that you are using your HIPAA rights.
By using your HIPAA rights when the account is yours, you had no insurance or insurance had paid their part etc., then you would have to pay the bill "in full" with that letter.

By law, after payment, the original medical provider must recall the account from the collector and demand the collector remove anything about you from their files and from your credit reports.

If it's possible to get a loan from your bank or credit union to pay the medical provider, that would probably be the best way to go.

You might click on my profile and do some reading in the last link I have listed. Go to the medical subforum and do some reading on HIPAA, original medical providers and collectors.

How can I figure out YTD interest on my credit card?

doesnt sound like you're retiring the bill each month but making payments towards the bottom line...

if thats the case each buy made in the following month will carry an immediate finance charge

and added to the bill; that s one of the bad things in not retiring the bill today; it was created as

an extra way for them to make money and people dont realize for the most part this is being done

or they'd sure stop buying stuff and pay off the bills. debt/interest start the day you buy something.

to avoid all this, pay the bill off each month and it doesnt happen.
