I would like to share my personal experience to answer this question. Attracted by their wide and quirky range of footwear, i was tempted to order 3 flats for 999 from SSS. The delivery definitely tests your patience, my order took over 20 days to be delivered.These are the ones i ordered -1.2.3.1- The first pair of footwear was almost similar to look at as compared with the online image. They looked cute and stylish. But i received one damaged product and also the size didn't fit me. So i applied for an exchange. The pair was picked up from my house and after yet another agonizing long wait, i received a fresh pair with the exchanged size. All in all, a fairly satisfactory purchase.2. I had no complaints about this pair as they were received in perfect shape and size and looked exactly like the online image on the website. The sole was pretty hard making it unfit for daily use but a cute alternative to wear once in a while. I was satisfied with this purchase.3. This product was received in a proper size and condition. However the laces were not as long as shown in the figure and reached just upto my calf. Other than that, it was good although i was a bit disappointed with this product.Overall, it was an average experience but i would recommend SSS since their style of footwear is something i really liked and isn't found elsewhere easily.Thanks for reading! Fashionable stores that offer XL and XXL for teens?
I really like the clothes from Forever21 and Charlotte Russe, but they only go up to large and I am bigger. Their sizes are stupid. Also, I don't have a H&M, Torrid, Wet Seal, and Rue 21 where I live. I don't want to order online because I feel more comfortable trying them on in a store. Hey there! First, congrats on getting started! Ben below did a great job of answering! Sooo much advice to give but may be helpful for some more details? It can be a pretty costly undertaking so try and have a plan and set deadlines in advance.Wholesale is VERY hard as a new brand, so expect to do mainly low volume direct-to-consumer sales at first.Have your differentiator in mind and your customer early on. Test, test, test.Other advice:I would build a Shopify site if I was youHave amazing branding and a name people can pronounce/recognize (not always easy or obvious)DO NOT SKIMP on images. Get good models and a great photographer with a style (that matches what you intend for your brand). This is the difference between selling and not selling online and can potentially be the difference between getting and not getting press.Find a good sample maker and production team. Have a lot on this - DM for more!Lastly: it’s a slog and doesn’t happen overnight. So buckle in for the long haul!
