I can t bend my finger into fist and knuckle looks gone?
OK so about a month ago I got into a ultimately knocking dude out(not proud of it) but prior to that I tried calming down by puchin a wall locker. I already had a prior injury to the hand in the middle finger knuckle but it doesn t hurt its been years and it just gets big and swells up after fight but goes down. This time I hit my index knuckle and thumb. Only . my thumb has hard knot on its inner side and index knuckle seem to have flattened and when I tried to bend it feels like something s pulling in the palm of my hand just below the finger and I noticed the lines or tendons or whatever are crooked. I got x rays but they told me it wasn t broken . Im begginin to take boxing now and it has a little effect on my performance (only on big punches) on my right hand. Does anybody know what this is and how can I fix or come close to fixing it. Or do I have to just live with it. Thnks for all help
